the other is another white spec op elite duel wielding near the end of sword base

2. There's actually a daily challenge for him from time to time; kill him and you get like 1500 cRedits or something

@TipMaster4511 BOBs are an easter egg which you can get an achievement for killing a bob,most bobs are hidden in missions and they usually run away before you even notice them,so if you spot them you need to kill them quick,and the achievement can only seen online in your profile.

It doesn't have to be legendary, he is random in general. I have found him on nightfall and the package when playing normal. Seems to appear more frequently if you have thunderstorm on. That is what I have noticed.

the bit about it being on legendary or just winter contingency isn't true. i only ever play halo on heroic and i've seen him in winter contingency, nightfall and tip of the spear although he doesnt always appear on that one. true he does run away very quickly and disappears and he is very strong for a ranger. he has about the same strengh as a zealot. it kinda irritates me becase i've killed him numerous times but get no reward or anything from it so whats the point.

This is the usaule special enemy you see while playing campaign but if you play on onyx:sword base they have every class of elite in ultra (in white colored armor) except the ranger,general,and officer at least i've never seen the general or officer in ultra form.
