  • i keep trying to do the Knee bends and scissor kicks.

    for example the knee bends when i extend my legs out again my lower back keeps clicking.

    with the scissor kicks it clicks every time i bring a leg down

    i dont have a history of back problems or anything, what am i doing wrong???

  • i will try them , thank you for the exercises, 1 thing though ainnt u got to lose the layer of fat first by doing skiiping or running? and if u just build the muscle under that fat it will make u look even fatter?
