McCain was another candidate put forth by the Republicans like Bob Dole in that from the beginning neither one stood a chance and for the life of me I can't figure out why they put forth either of the two. Ron Paul would have been a sure win had Limbaugh, Hannity, O'reilly, FOXnews and other supposed conservative news organizations gotten behind him. Yes, it is too bad how the liberal media wants to attack McCain and play up anything Obama says. They ignore all the glaring reasons that Obama is not material of which the president is made. McCain is much more qualified to be president. Don't forget Obama's belief in black liberation theology; he would rather talk about the greatness of africa than the USA...he is entirely too special interest oriented. Too bad there are no strong democrats like JFK around today. McCain may not have the style of JFK, but policywise, he has a lot more with in common with Kennedy on foreign policy than Obama does.

What is a "heroic speech"?! There's nothing "heroic" about reading a speech. Heroism is what you do, not what you say. Flying 22 bombing missions over North Vietnam, it's a certainty that McCain killed innocent North Vietnamese people. Nothing he has ever done can make up for that.
