In all honesty, I found this game's class system easier to figure out than both P1 and P2's

I love how he leaves out that most of the bosses are just rehashes from Patapon 2, with only two or three new bosses. The world is lacking in mystery and doesn't have changing environments that effect the whole stage (except for snow) and doesn't cleverly hide little extras within the game. Also now the bosses have a "rage mode" that they go into. This means no more tells for what they're about to do, so the player doesn't have time to react to an instant kill attack which means can't be dodged.

@dodopoopinpoop Yes, Nintendo has lately come up with inovating ideas, but that doesnt mean its better. Motion games might not become part of the future in gaming, there hasnt been a game that uses motion play to its potential but it always has been an interesting idea and NIntendo made it more open to us. 3D might work with gaming but no one i know can handle playing long hours of 3DS. Some other company may polish Nintendo's ideas (for better or worse),but motion play and 3D needs work.

Horrible lag, horrible friend request method, you easily cheat on game online with hacked Wii's, everything is horrible about wii online. I had the wii first and sold it, i have been like I said happy with my PS3. The xbox had this kind of problem in the past too.

@dodopoopinpoop I understand your point, but when i mean hardcore gamers Idont mean blood and masacre like GTA4 (I detest). I dont like Mario because I find it boring after 10min (but i loved it when i was a boy). Hardcore games includes awesome gameplay and story (which is what i look for). Meanwhile in Nintendo, you have recycle concepts from first party games that becomes boring quite quickly, but third party games (better games most of the time) doesn't get much opportunities in Nintendo.

@dubbeltid I think you do have a big group of soldiers. Story-wise, you are part of a four-man squad of heroes. I think you can switch those heroes out for a group of, for example, Yaripon. Otherwise, hunting would be insane if you chose the Tatepon hero.

9.0 is fine by me.. I was expecting it to be 9.5, but hey.. they're right .. it is a little bit complicated and tutorials were longer and better explained in previous games, but hey .. That was fine by me.. It pumped me right into the action ..

As a note, story missions are actually difficult.. Especially if you play in single player.. That's something I've actually enjoyed .. greater satisfaction when finishing them ..

@627dotdot if you played the first dissidia, then the 012 duodecim is not much different. However the core gameplay is there and the pros greatly outweigh the cons. there is better link multiplayer too. so it will last for a very long time
