  • @Legolas1022 Stick at it mate, train hard and diet properly all the pro's are going into their 30s by the time they look like what Vic and Kai look like here. Dedication and Discipline buddy you will get there.

    Take into consideration a lot of the guys you see have been working out 10+ years and a lot of them even more than that. Even staying natural in that amount of time you can make some really great gains. It's a slow process but every year you get a little better. It's a good feeling.

    Then take a breather and put the plates back. What ? Are you saying you do 1 exercise and your done lifting weights? More then likely you will continue on lifting in some form of free weight, machine, or cardio.

  • @NOMoreBuLLShhh Haha i hate that too, I love putting the plates back it keeps your heart rate up. My gym even has "Hey you, Re-rack your weights" spray painted on the wall. People can't read i guess :|

  • @hellriserpl1 - suicide grip is a better grip when doing close grip bench because it gives you that extra focus on the triceps.. kind of like doing push ups with your elbows tucked in. when you wrap your thumb around the bar you put a lot of focus on the forearms.
