Hey guys. I got a corrupt message come up on my Mordecai this week. Really pissed about it cos its level 69, i done playthrough 1 and 2 plus Dr Neds and Secret Armoury except Crawmerex. I had a Volcano and Double Anarchy. I was doing Crawmerex and my PS3 crashed, so I switched off and now corrupt. I have trawled through internet but all advice is the character is gone. I cant face doing it all again and my online group are giving me shit. Any advice? or assistance on offer?

@0194D Nah, it all depends on the level of your enemies and your level.  I found that this game perfectly mixed challenging AI and feeling like a bad ass. The game play mixed with finding new weapons was ridiculously addictive.

@0194D ya, well if you have any extra time and can borrow it from someone, I recommend this game. Its my all time favorite game (not that you care, im just saying). Videos wont get you anywhere if you really are curious about gameplay. If you are looking for this game to be comparable to MW2 or other shooters you are mistaken. Its a mix of RPG and Shooter. Check it out sometime. Cheers!

Actually 1st off everything is pretty much comparable.

2nd. I know what this game's genre is. This is WAAAY different from COD, but in a way COD has some online rpg elements itself, but that is from besides the point.

I'm going to get the game called Rage, its a FPS w/ vehicle combat/racing and w/ rpg elements(It was started before borderlands) I'm into RPG Shooters, just this doesn't look interesting. And Bioshock is okay, but it always finds a way to lose my interest.

If you play as Mordy, try an S&S sniper rifle imbued with x2 (or better) explody power. You will not be disappoint. Jakobs rifles are good for stopping power but have very poor handling characteristics compared to others. Torgue and Dahl sniper rifles tend to have well-rounded stats but lack the ergonomics (read: "reload speed") of an S&S. Explody Maliwans are easier to find since all Maliwans are elemental.

@mami3790 Any gun can be used by any class. No matter who you play as, it's good to maximize your resources. You can carry more SMG ammo than combat rifle ammo (assuming your SDUs are congruently upgraded). Plus, it's more common to find scopes on SMGs rather than machine guns. So if you prefer a full-auto weapon with a scope (as opposed to a burst-firing combat rifle), SMG is a good choice (especially a Torgue). Plus, SMGs look cool because they're bullpups.

Machine guns and SMGs aren't that accurate. I use a nice Combat Rife and a select Repeater. When you play solo, the baddies are easier to take down, but with friends, they get tougher, and there are more of them. All fights in this vid were done with 4 players, so, they were really tough.

Please to all the people who say this game has poor graphics.... you are dumb and do not get it. The games grahpics are highly stylised and cel-shaded. If you don't like it then f**K off. Also do not compare this to gaylo or COD. Between those 2 games I couldn't tell you which is worse. Borderlands is a very fun game, yes it can get repetitive or look boring, but once you play it you will see what I mean. At the end of the day i suppose you have to like the graphics and gameplay as their unique.

@TheWTFers Yea its more effective to shoot them in the head as it does about double damage or more but depending on the enemy and depending on the weapon it can be quite difficult at times. Damage you do depends on the enemies level, and yours, and on the weapons specs. And because they are playing coop with 4 players the enemies have gotten stronger many times.
