Soilwork dont seem to have the best sound a lot. When i saw them on the lamb of god tour they werent that loud and it sounded like they needed their pa turned up

I thought the same at this festival. I was there and there sound was not good. Avenged Sevenfold had the same problem at Wacken 2008.

The sweeps at 4:00 is where some one plays something wrong and the solo is plain horrible.

As for "buying good ears" I have decent ears since I am a musician and I can play this song hence why it sounds bad to me. Maybe you need better ears :\
