this song has just inspired me to turn on my gamecube and play extreme g 3!!!!!!! wish they made an extreme g direct x 11 for the pc. High end graphics, Loads of bikes. Customisable everything like need for speed underground 1 and 2. A massive trance soundtrack, Awesome visuals loads of leagues. Online play, loads of upgrades ah god. You guys know about XGRA?

Personally, I kept wishing for a XGIII successor for long, and now I just discovered there was already one... it got out on XB GC and PS2 on 2003-2004.

I'll try to find it... reviews says it kept the intense speed effects, the music, the visuals... but revamped a lot of stuff.

Reviews are positive, they say XGRA got a lot bigger and more ambitious than any of its predecessors.

XGRA did not impress me and I've been a huge fan of the series since the 1st one came out. The levels look nice but the sense of speed was sort of lost through most of it. They try to bring back the older feel of XG so maybe if you thought 3 wasn't as good as the first 2 you might like it. It was my least favorite though.

Yes man, actually I managed to get my hands on it and I was fairly disapointed, it as nothing to do with XGIII, it lost the core elements of its good fighting/speeding system and the speed effects... and I find controls a little too sensitive.

Graphics are nice though.

I am not a fan of the serie, just a lover of the third opus... what a great game.

Hell yeh it was. Wipeout is good, but XG3 had an unmatchable feel to it...the speed and music were both so intense, really wish they still made these games. Wipeout HD sucks IMO.
