Its not illegal to cut that off if your a consumer, in the 1900s there was alot of vermin and poison on matresses, so the manufacturer's put that on. Then they changed it so it wouldn't get mistaken..

I was probably 6 years old.I think it was in the mid 80s somewhear. I loved this movie at that age. I remember getting pissed at my mom and i cut her tag off her bed, with a butcher knife.Latter i was freaking out, and told her. As always i got my ass beat again lol.I asked her the next day was i going to go to Jail.
