That is a clarion angel juvie. They look similar in markings to a queen angel juvie, but there are no queens that have orange coloration in their body.
It looks like a Juvenile Queen Angel. However, it is not one. This fish misses the vertical stripes found in juvenile queen angels. I have never seen a Juvenile Clarion but this can probably be one.
