I think Aerith's theme would have to have a voice just like this or else it defeats her nature. The way this song was done, with the sort of country-music air to it, sort of shoots straight for the heart of Aerith as a character herself, rather than the tragedy of her death or the world she gave her life for like Uematsu's versions seem to do.

Love the music, images are beautiful, I still cry when Aeris' Theme and Aeris' Death are together (Who would not?), Aeris is amoung the best FF Characters of all time. I think she was voted #1 as 'Best Heroine' in the FF episode of Filter a few years back.

I still think that Aeris, Cloud and Tifa are my favorite FF7 Characters.
