I had flawless service for 2.5 years until they hooked up service to my elderly neighbor. Now my phone and cable modems both time out and reboot periodically. sometimes I go 2 weeks with no problem and then boom happens again. Tech support wants to tell me the phone modem and cable modem are not syncing....lol WTF? I eliminate the phone modem and it still does it I eliminate the cable modem and it still does it. HMMMMMMM? Guess I find another service provider.

When we first got cable, we got it through a company called Intermedia. We paid around $30 a month and got great service. Then charter came in and bought them out. The first thing they did was to fire a bunch of people, automate those positions, and jack up the prices. And don't even get me started on the lies they tell in their advertising.

Charter is the worst business in the world. The only reason they are still in business is because they have a monopoly on the cable industry in a lot of places, like where I live for example. Here, if you want cable, you have to get it through charter. There is no one else. They told us that the bundle deal was $100 a month. Now we're paying around $170. It takes forever to get anyone out if you have a problem and you can't call and get a hold of a real live human being either.

Charter is the sh***iest company I have ever dealt with ever! I could write a book on the myriad of problems I've had in just the three weeks I've been a customer. I hope Time Warner buys them out of their bankrupcy, and fires every employee.

CHARTER SUCKS SO MUCH..MY INTERNET KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN FOR SHIT...Seriously! i mean,every..lets say 2 MONTHS..AND THE INTERNET CONNECTION KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN EVERY 10 SECONDS...I mean,the TV works fine...but i have a phone..box thing,which ofcourse,if the internet shuts down,SO DOES MY DAMN PHONE..i am like..really angry -___- with charter.

All Charter customers. Each of the people spoken to in this clip were from foreign call centers. I take call after call from people who are upset about agents not being helpful, and not being easy to understand. Here's the problem, Charter cares about SALES. PERIOD! They are looking at closing more American call centers now because the outsourced call centers outsell us. The easiest way to eliminate the foreign agents is to not buy ANYTHING from foreign agents, and tell them why.

I know the facts.

Each service is transmitted through a different channel, and the source is having software issues with their transition to the digital signal that is causing an interruption in service; and it's being blamed on wiring problems and sunspots. They Suck!
