From Seattle to Izumo my round-trip ticket was about $1,500 and I flew through Air Canada and JAL.
My husband wasn't able to buy a round-trip ticket, and his one-way flight to Japan was about $800, then he had to spend about $2,500 for his one-way trip back.
We're in Matsue, Shimane. Are you asking about the cost of the flight or the dorm? We only pay about 20000 yen (about 200 USD) per month for the dorm.
*My husband's... family's... house's door bell sounds like that, too. (That sentence was really odd).....lol.
*Yay for recycling and over sized soda cans! :D BTW, I miss Calpis soda! T^T)
*Whoa, that dryer is so small and interesting. We only had a washer...and we hung everything to dry. Hang drying clothes helps to preserve color, but jeans get kinda stiff.
*Nice green feet on the carpet btw. My hub says bathrooms should have a shower and toilet together... 'Japanese complex' lol.
pretty nice. i like the bed haha.. you putt two together XD. you dont know me but if you get a chance you should make a vid of like.. one of those convenience stores or maybe some of the other places you like to go. idk i also found it a bit wierd that you talk about your husband alot but never like.. show much of him i saw his computer but besides that you seem to be alone haha. i dont really CARE but i found it a bit odd. =D thanks for the vids!
Thanks! Rainy season actually doesn't start until June here. Apparently it's like this in this particular city year-round, though. I have an umbrella, though, so I'll be ok lol!
Haha! Well, luckily there is a roof over the balcony, so if it's not too windy that helps keep the rain off of the clothes. Apparently summer is the rainy season here :(. Rainy season brings giant spiders :(.
waaahhhh calpis soda, i love it!!

Sorry, it was me who answered your question. I didn't realize I was logged into my husband's account when I wrote that.

Sooo, if it's raining all the time, do you think you ever actually will use the line on the balcony for drying clothes???
Maybe come summer!!!
That's a very nice apartment!!!

You cant have guests? That's odd.
I love how CUTE your place is. XD
Its small thought, but that is normal.

I think we're just not supposed to have guests over because they're afraid we will be loud.
And thanks!
It's actually a lot bigger than I expected it to be...it's about the same size as our E-burg apartment was minus the second bedroom, so I'm happy. :)
