in english you use the pronoun "YOU" to say something everyone do. in italian we use the pronoun "SI", it's like "LEI, LUI". you need to know = si deve sapere (but we're talking about "words" so, it's plural. si DEVONO sapere)
"Il mio favorito" / "La mia favorita" - The use of "favorito" is very uncommon, nowadays. It's used more to refer to other things and should be avoided in most of the sentences. The more correct translation is "Il mio preferito" / "La mia preferita".
"Remember to practice" must be translated as "Ricordati/Ricordatevi di fare pratica"

and we don't say "mi preferisce", we don't use the reflexive form with the verb "preferire"

"Mi preferisce" and "preferisco" have different meanings.
"Preferisco" = "I prefer"
"Mi preferisce" = "He/She prefers me"
Moreover, "Preferisci me con la mia barba" is grammatically correct, but it isn't common or colloquial.
"Mi preferisci con la barba" is more correct.

Lory, I'm not sure if it's your English that is bad, your manners or both.
