It's amazing that Salishian languages are being revived. Salishian languages have been a victim of so called linguicide. Right now these languages are being revived and that's a wonderul thing.I think that language carries certain cultural values so if you save the language you save the values it carries. This is awesome. There are not many things that are more important than preserving culture. It is great to see the little blond girl in the video. She represents the idea that all people who live in an area should acknowledge and learn in the indigenous culture and language.
i got 4 boys and i hope they all can go to nkwusm! I see now that this is the way for our people to become one again. listen to the old ones they know way more then any of us.
