Also, is it a bad idea to have one character concentrate on one type of magic until they've gotten all the spells, and THEN branch out to other colors, or is there too much inconsistency when it comes to when characters leave/come back to your party?

@CrookedGeeNome You can't really have one character focus on one type of magic, magic experience is distributed to the whole party in every color you have equipped. So really there's no reason not to mix it up a little.

@batman9502 I always had Fina focus on silver and Aika focus on green then switch the 2 once they were done because whatever color you had equipped that character gets double that color

I don't think I've ever seen that many enemies run away at once in an rpg ever, i think i've had about 2 enemies run away at the most. You got lucky bats :I

@TheLonePantheist I think that's mostly because there is (or at least used to be) this stigma about reading the text on-screen; it's considered by some to be in bad form and that "people can read for themselves" so it's just redundant, but for the most part I've always been one for reading it. I say it's hard to read and actually listen to someone say something else at the same time so what else would I do, stay silent every time? Cuts down on work the viewers have to do too.
