I grew up with Julian Bream's recording of this in the 60's. Simply awesome. Some of the accents of the orchestra seem somewhat misplaced, especially in the opening. The guitar is very solid thought
@arqpita So what? :) I dont like the interpretation of the conducter / the guitarist that much :) but thats matter of taste.. But its ok ;) I was guitarist and im a double bassist now. So i know what the difference between a concert and a solo is ;)
Tôi đã nghe bản thu này cách đây hơn ba mươi năm. Tới nay tôi vẫn cho là đây là bản thu hay nhất của tác phẩm này.

Certified Intergalactic! Kudos to Slovaks! The best orchestral performance of this Guiliani guitar concerto!

There's a lot of Mozart in this music, isn't it. At his time Giuliani was a very famous guitarist and composer, living in Paris!
Really great played this guitar!
Thanks a lot!

@elAficionado66 I am not quite sure, if he lived in Paris, but what I know is, that he lived in Vienna.
one more thing, he played the cello in premiere of Beethoven's 5th symphony (LvB desired him, he really loved his music, they were friends...)
check the wikipedia :)
