  • This guy spends all this time and money prepping to "SURVIVE" a disaster but does not spend any time and money on his health. He won't survive because he is to fat. no disrespect intended.

  • @Zippy1one “no disrespect intended” ??? I may be FAT but you are STUPID and I will take fat over stupid any day of the week

  • @dsarti1 Fat = Stupid, either way, you loose. Go get your stomach stapled or something, then maybe you can get laid.

  • @dsarti1 Also you can probably survive off of FAT too. So I guess to all us skinny people the joke is on us.

  • hey, are u in arkansas, i swear i have been there before

  • He is a really good, smart man, looking after his mom like that! Most young kids will leave their parents to fend for themselves when the SHTF I think. Very resourceful man!

  • Cool Farm Bro.

  • Looks like you didn't just start thinking about this a week ago ! Like your dogs .I got a rat terrier that looks alot like yours .

  • your really out of breath dude... you should work on losing some weight

  • Hey dsarti1 He;;o from the Philippines your a great guy and a good kind person we love your videos hang in there Im sure the lord has a good women that loves farming too out there for you

  • Nice Job..good video!

  • U have forgotten the most important bug in gear! BEER! u cant eat that BBQ with no beer?

  • Good looking live stock! Land and resorces. Shame if you are close to town. first to get unwanted visits......

  • man, It was funny seeing the chainsaw next to the trap/skeet launcher, I just imagined an awesome way to pass the time

  • Wow ! I would be a nervous wreck storing all that stuff in a shed . In my area someone would break in and raid me as soon as I left for work. Nice spread you have there. All I have is 5 acres ,Im trying to make it work the best I can . Keep prepping and hope we never need to use it .

  • Id love to be u just not so over weight

  • yOU SHOULD BE BETTER ORGINIZED THAN THAT DASRTI

  • Good stuff, bud ! "I'm AT the bug out place!" :D High Fives!

  • Nice Preps

  • Dave what kind of work do you do to be able to afford all that ? I am not being a smart ass here but just wondering. I really enjoy our videos.

  • @1antennaman He was a truck driver for 20 years I think, but if you want to get a nice set up like his. Go to graigslist, alot of good/cheap equipment always for sale just takes some time and a little horse trading.

  • "I'm AT the bug-out place." Yep, that's me too. I'm not as remote as you are but am outside the city. I'm trying to get prepped too. I just started so am having to do a lot in a short time. Keep up the good work. You got a lot of good stuff.

  • Ya, if you can't bug out and you live in the city, may as well form a gang and take it over. We will come for you on the farms when we are done forming and securing our city fortresses. Then we will need your food, fuel, and water. You will be overwhelmed by our numbers and we will pick each farm off one by one because you will be spread out and so easy targets. It should be about 1 month after the SHTF. See you soon. lol. just kidding, good luck!

  • @darbone Actually, I've read that people will be getting desperate about 3 days after the stores empty.

  • I love that you have a farm. I live in an apartment in Austin TX. I don't have the option of growing my own food. But still no one has to cower in the city. I decided to be like Master Blaster in Mad Max. I will rule with an iron fist. We will have our own Thunderdome type of justice system, and Austin will be renamed "Barter Town". Look forward to doing business with you.

  • I can visualize a massive organic garden there -- great potential.

    Do you compost?

    What's the soil like?

  • whats the deal with the goats, and male goats and registered,.?

  • looks like a easy place to protect. i would be putting up some imotation walls near the main gate. when you get some intruders . symply fire a shot in the air they will run for cover behind the false wall . then you can get a shot at them when they think they are safe.then they will think twice before coming any further lol

  • would you do a vid on power converter? videos are amazing and i just started to watch. instant subscribe

nice honda civic too is it a si?

  • would you do a vid on power converter? videos are amazing and i just started to watch. instant subscribe

  • Hey there

Howdy from your Dallas, Tx buddies, Great video ! We would like to get your opinion on a similar subject. We were just getting some stuff together for putting some things in mylar bags later in the week. We have a kitchen "food sealer" . I know it doesn't preserve things like mylar with the 02 absorber, but if we have one, would it be better to seal it ? THEN put it in the mylar w/ the absorbers and seal it with an iron ?

    Your thoughts would be appreciated

  • Dave nice place you have, wish I was setup like that I have started putting up A few things myself thanks to you. great vids keep up the good work.

  • cool!!

  • Rather than solar, have you looked into wind turbines? You can make them out of PVC pipe (the blades), an old alternator (the motor/turbine), and an old bicycle gear and wheel?? Just a thought. I live in the sticks too and driving from my house to Wallymart, I find all kinds of stuff!! Check into solar heater using soda and beer cans, and a solar water heater!! I have an awesome indoor greenhouse system using fish in a 55 gallon drum and PVC!! Fresh tomatoes all year long!

  • Hey,Play with the little critter, she isn't chained up all the time, is she?

  • Very nice. What part of the nation are you at I thought I saw some hills so you are not close to me. You are ready I am not Remember green back dollars are paper.

  • You are set up!

  • Hell yeah brother, you're gonna' survive almost anything that could happen! Thumbs up man! I live in VA, so, if any shit goes down, could I contact you and survive any future mess?

  • You're very prepared! The only thing I can recommend to the the fact gas supply would dry up in a disaster is to look into a simple wood gas system.

  • Yuo have a lot great stuff, the only thing you need to do now is organize your stuff. your shed kinda looked like a death trap. other than that, good job!!! keep the vidieos coming!

  • what is bugging in?

  • @nw5052001 it's when you stay put during an emergency instead of going somewhere else. Bugging in vs. bugging out.

  • That's a lot of stuff.

  • Ok..... so where's the still?

  • You should trademark your "Survivalshed" :)

Could make millions selling those fully stocked to citypeople.

  • Give it up for Tennessee baby! Great Info!

  • Why don't you make a proper pen for that poor animal. How would you like to be bound by a leash?

  • Wow you're pretty much set. I wish I lived on a farm

  • gunsngold if u do keep ur eye on the kids never no he might be a perv

  • Great place man! no tall trees solar would be good, I have a question...seems you know a lot about pounty if I wanted to get a few chickens , build a coup, et....can I do that without any Hens?

  • wow i havent seen this one Beautifull property!

  • me and my wife enjoy your videos. We would consider a deal to use you as a bug out place,we are both healthy.3 kids and a little anckle biter.Right now we are still thinking the more north we are the safer we will be.

  • Are you in the city? if not you may be better off bugging in

  • @gunsngold your all crazy folk

  • im am certainly impressed with you cuz im supprised a guy your size can still have the energy to work that whole farm by yourself. im a big guy myself and im as lazy as dog crap. maybe cuz im 13 and my parents do everything.. idk

  • i have an edc but i dont carry it everyday mainly cuz im 13 and i go to school everyday and that would be a very bad idea if i bring a 3 inch balisong to school. and a lighter but what i always carry is my phone

  • You should use Global Solar solar units they have much better performance in those cloudy days and more efficiency overall than other thin film units.

  • The units I have use Global Solar tech

  • @dsarti1 Ar you still on YouTube ? I am in Georgia. Were Neighbors ! LOL

  • Note to all who watch this. No remember this guys a farmer. So be glad he's got his shit together so he can grow food for your sorry ass.

  • do happend to live in the houston area , if you do please contact me , i would like to learn how to farm, and get prepared for what's coming . I too have been looking for some land to buy

  • i am in central tn

  • @javieg1967 i used to live in fl, im 14, i reaaaaaallly dont like the government man

  • why not use cows instead of goats, you get much more milk

  • Cows are harder to work with, eat more, and cows milk upsets some peoples stomachs due to the less digestible fats... Not to mention natural goats milk can command a higher price.

  • dsarti1 I'm curious, what do you do for employement? Also, I have enjoyed your videos, but I'm looking for the generator video that you spoke about. Terrorists don't have the balls to walk done Main Street America as long as we keep our Second Amendment rights. Please get your ammo in the house, it will not help you in the shed!

  • the ammo in the shed and the ammo and guns at my brothers and the other stuff scattered around is extra... Hillbilly word of wisdom "do not keep all your eggs in one basket"

  • see farm defence video

  • You are doing good on your preps, keep up the good work...

  • Concentrate on the basic human needs. Food/water - shelter - protection. And the most improtant of all . . . If we do not hang together, we shall all hang seperately! flash

  • I am so jealous, we have an extra lot, but you have quite a spread. Good job on all the animals and fruit trees.

  • Have you thought about building a root cellar in order to escape a tornado?

  • would love one... I am accepting donations LOL

  • Do you ever have to de-worm your animals. Dogs frequently have round worm. Is it possible to become contaminated with tapeworm, round worm, or hook worm being so close to farm animals. Pet stores sell de-worming medicines. These parasites can kill people if they are not taken care of.

  • not a problem all animals are on regular worming schedual

  • I only have a little under an acre, about .86-.93, so just under 1 acre. But I plan to put in a garden for vegetables, some fruit and even herbs for both food and even medical in time. I already have a pear tree in my front yard which was there when we moved in, it has good sweet pears every year so far. Any suggestions, please let me know.

  • depends on what part of the country you are in and how much money you have... Rain barrels water storage and emergency food storage are the first prioritys

  • Great farm. Everything looks clean and tidy. The animals look happy and healthy, which makes for good tasting food!

God Bless you and your family.

  • What agreat video your mother is lucky to have you and visa versa. It looks like you are wide open for solar you should go for it in larger scale. Get a good setup and enjoy its like having a generator that runs for free. I got 58% of my investment back from the government state and fed. I will take it because I feel like Im getting ready to get hung out to drie. Check out my vids and let me know if I can help. God bless and take care. CHEERS WINDY NC

  • Problem here there are no programs for state or federal moneys to help with the cost fo solar or wind

  • Thats not true I dont know what state you live in But federal tax breaks are huge you can buy 20 batterys and one solar panel and it is renewable. That dosent make sense to do that because you dont want attention. The tax credits are real and are there for us look into it and remember off grid systems dosnt meen you are trying to live on solar its a suplumental and you get the same break for buying a ton of batterys litteraly. CHEERS WINDY NC

  • OH tax credits... To get a tax credit your income has to be above the poverty level. Hummmm that leave me out

  • I am envious! Actually, this was a great video. You have already done what I am getting ready to do. Thank you for sharing this info.

Your goats are adorable. I wish I liked goat milk. But if hungry enough, won't matter I guess!

  • Done properly you cant tell the difference between fresh cow milk and fresh goat milk.. I have fooled many people by poring goat milk in store milk container

  • I remember when I was little my mom always tried to get fresh goat and cow milk. That is where I learned to make homemade butter (yum!).

So I tried it fresh when I was a kid. Of course, my tastes have changed since then.

I suppose I should try it again, but you can't truly get fresh at the store.

When I get moved this spring to the country, I wanna try the goats after I get the chickens and learn that process.

  • With any fresh Goat milk Keep the billy goat away from the nannies, keep it clean and cool it off as fast as you can

  • He sounds like he's about to have a heart-attack with all that heavy breathing. His "dooms day" may be comming sooner rather than later. Better get yourself in shape there bud.

  • Five Stars!!

  • i wouldnt keep your ammo in the shed unless its in ammo tins

  • now if someone was going to rob you, they would skip the house and go right to the shed. there is enough to survive for a long time in there. Just kidding very nice vid.

  • one problem the shed is not bulit proof and I have a M1A ;)

  • Ain't nothing like fresh honey. Grandpa had a few and I remember him just pouring the honey into mason jars.

  • Awesom well thought out

  • I am thoroughly impressed! I hope you don't have to bug out anywhere you have such a nice set up right there.

  • your a true survivior!!!

  • This man right here is what hank was singing about , I believe this country boy will survive .

    Good job

  • Funny I thought George Jones wrote high tech redneck about me..LOL

  • LOL, you are absolutely right, I was just pointing out that sometimes it's better to keep "where" the stuff is quite. I have been chastened by some for telling too much.

Keep the faith, and keep up the good work.

BTW, My wifes side of the Family is from TX, and my mom was born and raised in TN!

  • Great stuff thanks for sharing. My only concern is now EVERYONE knows your preps. Take a look at my vidoe's and tell me what you think.

  • I watched your video/seminars They were very informative. I Dont worry too much all my agricultural neighbors have almost the same prep stuff. We are basically in the areas that the guard will be called out to protect from refugees from the city's because without us farmers and ranchers NOBODY EATS And I do not show where my emergency food storage is stashed in 4 separate locations. Top that all off with everyone around me being a sort of local militia I am better off than people in CA

  • PS People in Texas and Tennessee and a few other states are quite well armed When poop hits the fan I can not think of a better place to be than one of the more Free, conservative/ right wing states. Look at the map The red states are where you want to be

  • great vids sir. youre underappreciated!

  • Best of luck with this! Have you ever heard of permaculture?

  • yes Permaculture is an approach to designing human settlements and perennial agricultural systems that mimic the relationships found in the natural ecologies.

I believe in a mixture, Just like with my bee hives I use screen bottom boards and small cell comb to control veroa naturally but that does not mean every spring and fall I dont treat with apigard and terrimicine also.

  • Super Setup. I am too envious. Lokking for a place but can't afford it. You may want to fortify that shed, lots of good stuff in there!

  • Well if they can get by the gate, motion sensor's both light and alarm, dogs and my 30-06 and 12ga and padlock and steel safe bolted to the frame they have worked hard to get the stuff

  • Dude! You've got the beginnings of an excellent homestead there. You could have one awesome garden with all that space. I'm stuck with a deck garden since I own a condo in the city. The benefit is that my commute to work is only a half hour (on my bicycle) or 12 minutes by car. I'm going to check out the rest of your videos and probably subscribe.

  • Well thanks I hope my video quality gets better with experience, just got a flip vid cam for 49.99 on amazon this is my first day unhooked from the web cam

  • Woa, that's very inexpensive for such good video quality. I might have to pickup one of those myself. I'm still using a 10 year old video camera that my sister gave me.

  • OH yum! Sweet cherries, honey, apricots, milk, the list goes on and on!! Nice job. Wow, it is crazy how much better the crops are down south. I'm so behind you guys.

  • Really? I think I need to use the tripod that itty bitty camera shakes a lot. By the way your invitation to come down here and run the farm for me is still open LOL
