I'm overweight and very self conscious when it comes to dancing but you show me it's possible to look damn good even if you do have some excess weight, thank you :)
kempo isn't as physically demanding as other martial arts like tae kwon do. its about 70% stricking and 20% kicks. the other 10% is felling and grappling. its more geared twards practical fighting.
