if u dnt have a nail file handy, you can use a knife or scissors. a knife is alot faster and looks jst as good.

@xFABKRIS actually, you will not need any help like sandpaper. When you put your cut-offs into the washing machine they will fray in noc time. And when you wear them for swimming, they will feel perfect on your skin.
