  • wow.. never thought that mechanical engineering is interesting to learn too...

  • I didn't do physics at VCE level, can I still do this? :/

  • can you find my hidden comments!

    tip:..........press "see all"

  • in australia, ross horne's books have been removed from the libraries and taken off the bookshops shelves.

  • hallelujah!

  • the guy speaks too slow

  • Thank you for coming up with engineering related videos. I hope we can grow more relevant and educational alternative engineering videos online.

  • I want to be a mechanical engineer but i have doubts. I also want to work in the Flower shop industry. What should I do? And also, I dont know if I should dump my girlfriend. Shes kinda getting annoying.,..

  • @Kirt201 hahaha i feel the same abt my gf

  • @Kirt201 Do it all bro.

  • @Kirt201 Lol except for the flower shop industry, I have a lot in common with you lmao

  • I'm in year 9 and I wanna be a mechanical engineer in cars. But what should I do now? Do a school-based mechanic apprenticeship now or after I do my studying for a mechanical enginner in cars.

  • @mydogzty study do advanced maths and physics then get into a mechanical energy course then go onto a auto job.

  • I want to become an engineer but i dont know what type of an engineer.

    Would you recommend mechanical.

Is engineering a mix between a little office work and some hand work?

because i dont wanna sit in a boring office for the rest of my life.

and is engineering for creative persons? Because i love to build things and i always have to do something creative.

  • @forsalololo95 do architecture. eng. is based on science & maths less creative. architecture is based on arts and highly creative

  • I'm a draftsman & I work with Architects I would have to disagree. Architecture is creative only when you've been given freedom from the owner to be so, & it's very hard to get to that point. In the meanwhile, you have to make boring building plans according to the owner specs, you're a tool & not the designer. In addition to that, you have to follow strict building codes which are super annoying. I want to change careers. I love technology & i want the skill set needed to invent new technology!

  • @forsalololo95 creative? then go for architecture. i always thought it was a cool thing to do. or if you're sticking to engineering maybe structural/civil?

  • this guys boring! I WANA BE A ENGINEER BUT NOT THIS GAY

  • I have a question...

I'm going to study mechanical engineering, but I also like finance...is the engineering degree more flexible than the finance degree?

    (Finance as in stocks)

    Thanks!!!

  • @YBPhotoeditor06 I had this same question, as Im going to be studying structural engineering looks like, but I'm interested in business..what did you come up with for an answer?

I think Financial engineering is a bit of a dodgy degree..too niche. Engineering is a real tangible skill with measurable results..finance is more like management of something rather than creating something. Business and finance is good for managing a starbucks. Engineers will always be in high demand.

  • @YBPhotoeditor06 no its not "flexible" stick with b. commerce

  • @YBPhotoeditor06 The professional Master of Engineering (Mechanical) degree can incorporate subjects such as Finance & HR for Engineers. An industry-based project is also a component of the program.

  • Is someone here an experienced mechanical engineer in Canada, Ontario... i need to interview one...if so can you please reply with your email address..thank you

  • yer definitely from queens uni arent u haha

  • great as i am a mechanical engineering stduent

  • lol

  • excellent work!

  • Jesus, calm down, it was an example and a philosophical remark about the engineering itself.

You said "Oh my fucking god, talk about misquoting. It's "Give a man fish, and he eats for a day, but teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime." Confucious (?)

Melbourne University marketing department should be, how shall I say it, "refreshed".

Learn to spell and respect what this video is trying to teach you.
