Oh! so sorry I forgot to reply!

Lots of practice! Breath!! Take more air than you think you need. This makes it easier to sing without pushing. Pushing too hard can affect your hearing, and make you sing flat. Another way to reach high notes is to sing falsetto (False Voice) That is the little girl voice or the high part of yodelling. Done well, it will sound right, and most people won't notice the change from natural to falsetto and back again.
