This man is 62 years "young" and has been lifting KBs for over 40 years. Ever seen any other weight lifter lift that long? Not many!
He is an inspiration to anyone who sees him, and I had the pleasure of meeting him at the KB World Championship in Miami, Nov.3 2007. He is as solid as a rock, friendly as can be and a true ambassador of the sport!
