@smoovovi yeah, the key is to get your heart rate up to your target level. search online for what you should be trying to get for your age, anything that you can get your heart rate to 95-162 beats per minute if you are for example a 30 yearold male
i honestly woudn't call jumping-jacks a workout its more of a warm up, i think it would be more effecient if you do jump rope or just jump if you don't have a rope it works way better

Just drink water, put the soda down. Put he donut down. And push yourself to the most jumping jacks you can do. But you need sugar to survive, all works in a cycle, a cycle you need to control. Try eating 1-3 snacks a day with sugar, just not a big snack like ice cream[sorry]. Good luck out there.
Originally I started doing 100 jumping jacks at a time with 5 lb dumbells in each hand. I grew bored of it and wanted to test quantity over quality. I can do up to 450-500(really pushing myself) Not sure which I prefer or which is more beneficial. Any thoughts? Thanks.
i just cliked cuz i cudnt beleive there was a tutorial. its shocking hoe some people cant do them. theres one example on failblog of iraq soldiers doing it and its funny.
I started off doing up to fifty then built up gradually and im not jumping up and down for the world to see. I've lost weight it works so i am sticking to this exercise for cardio.
I dont have to show fuck all you pricks! i now do 25o jumps in four sets, works the calf and thighs, make you tired though, Try it yourself, start with fifty then build it up. I dont do 500 jumps all the time, depends what shift im working.
