I guess in order to get up there you must take the elevator to the right send it to level 2 then get off then send it to a high level for instance 7 then hit call and wait for the other elevator and go back down to one
That lobby mezz level is actually too high for an ADA ramp to fit in that room. The elevator was put there to cheat/satisfy ADA requirements. It looks like the rise is about 3'6". That would require at least 42' of ramp (1/12), with a landing after 30'. What they should have done was turn both of these elevators 90 degrees and gave at least one of them a rear door. It would have impacted the floorplan slightly, but it would have been a much more practical approach.
@dieselducy As I understood Dover is owned by Thyssen, so unless marked as such how can you say whether it is one brand or the other? Like for this video dieselducy posted back in August:

I guess there's a hallway to the left of the elevators @ the top of the stairs. BTW these were marked Thyssenkrupp, not Dover
