Nice! Has the city experienced people stealing the bikes? I wonder this because I would love this system to be implemented in other cities in Latin America, but the question of safety always comes to mind. Any Mexico City residents that can tell me about their experiences with Eco Bici? Thanks!

@yosoyyoli07 Hi :) thanks for the comment. I asked about that. They said not yet :) Theses bikes are very unique, if somebody steals one they would not be able to use it in the city or even if they took it outside the city they may find it difficult to use them and fix them - all parts are custom made for these bikes. In reality I think there will be some bikes stolen. It is hard to steal them from the docking stations though.
