I love Michael Buble, but this IS NOT LIVE! Look at his mouth and his adams apple. He's blatantly miming! I hate it when good artists resort to fake 'live' performances. It's degrading. Also, check the trumpet solo...got exactly the same split top note from the recorded version and his mouth isn't even touching the mouth piece when the run starts.
