Nice video, but i don't think this qualifies as "fair use" i don't think you understand what "fair use" means.

wether it qualifies depends on what you, the consumer do with it. I use it as a not-for-profit teaching tool, so it's legal. :)

... or for "teaching, scholarship". Maybe you're right, and technically it doesn't apply. I'm not even sure if it's in the spirit of the law, but it still seems like a pretty fair use to me.

@therealnetgrazer Ignorance isn't an excuse to break the law. If i went to a movie theater and video taped an entire movie and put it on youtube i can't just randomly say i'm doing to educational purposes and call it fair use. Fair use is not for uploading an entire work that is copyrighted.

Don't get me wrong, i'm glad you posted it, it's a good video and everything. It's just that it's still against the law.

Very interesting! Great upload cheers!...It remains a sad fact tho that BBC's Horizon programme is so poor these days. Its turned into producing weak subject matter and sensationalist rubbish. Why dont the make them as interesting as this now! Dawkins should be in charge of the subject matter these days...if you ask me.
