Yeah, special made materials allow it to bounce, such as bullet traps, etc., but it wouldn't bounce off a concrete wall. My stupid friend shot our 9mm into a concrete wall just like this at an old abandoned factory (we go there since there's no good shooting ranges around) because he's awful with handguns, and it put a good size hole in the wall, AND STUCK. If a baby shoes 9 mil can put a hole in concrete, I'm pretty damn sure a (presumably) .50 cal rifle is gonna do the same, and then some.
