No. The word Godzilla does not equal monster. Godzilla is an Americanized word that was created for the purpose of promoting the Japanese movie "Gojira" in America. The japanese word is "kaijuu" or "kaijinn" in plural form. Apparently this Ultraman episode was being marketed for the US or other countries that were familiar with the Godzilla character. Not all Ultraman monsters are based on a Godzilla suit, however a hand-full were.
