  • Also, the "eat 5 meals per day to boost metabolism" has been proven to be largely false. And if it was true, then please explain to me how I was able to lose more than 40 pounds of fat (yes *fat* not *muscle*) by eating for only 4 hours per day?

  • This myth is in fact true to some extend. Angelina, ever heard of Intermittent Fasting? With IF you basically have a fasting-phase of 16-20 hours and an eating-phase of 4-8 hours, in which you consume about a days worth of calories. There are numerous recent studies and articles out there that confirm that IF works, not only to help you lose weight faster, but also has a range of additional health benefits.

    It helped me lose 40 pounds in about 6 months and I wasn't even doing it every day!

  • Hey, I saw your whole vid, but it didn't essencially fulfill the questions I have been seeking. I was wndering if it's possible to lose weight while skipping a few meals a daz e.g eating less, but when I do eat, I try to eat something healthy, like a fruit salad and some fish, but throughout the day I'm eating about 1-2 meals a day. I understand It's not the healthy way, but I was wondering if it's still doable. :)

  • @burnnblast Absolutely, Eating 5 meals a day will speed up your metabolism. When you skip meals however it slows your metabolism.
