I knew the lead singer when I was just a boy living in Belfast in the 70´s. I lived just round the corner from him. His name´s Terry Sharp. Before this, he played in a Belfast band called The Starjets. He was the first person I knew to own a tape recorder.

Much respect to WXB102...i'm true blue new wave lover pero yung generation ko eh yung Power 105BM and NU107 na...although I prefer BM better...it's unfortunate na di ko naabutan WXB...BM had the same fate, they reformatted, I stayed with them until they signed off...medyo naiyak nga ako nun. But New Wave forever ako!!!!

One of my favourite Irish bands - saw them at newcastle Upon Tyne City Hall before the hit when there were only about 200 people in. I seem to remember the girl doing lead vocals but I may be wrong. Their 1st LP with tracks like this is the best and the 12 inch mixes were awesome. I've got them all. I waited years for the 1st LP to come out on CD too. Did any of them go on into other bands?

The adventures were one awesome band that created fantastically well arranged songs,each of the 4 albums they brought out were so different to one another...no wonder people reminisce about the 80`s,with the state of modern music i know what i would rather listen to...now where is that time machine!
