  • Nice video, I hope your bees are doing well for you. I'm not sure how long you'll get away without using a veil. Everybody who keeps bees has a bee chase/cartoon type experience at some stage. Good music with the didge. Actually bees wax is used in the tuning & mouthpiece of the didgeridoo, in case you didn't already know. happy bee-keeping. cheers

  • so how have these bees faired? I was wondering about moving from Langstroth to TBH. I have some established bees I'm rescuing from a tree into a TBH and I think this may be the best strategy I've seen. Many Thanks!

  • |Hahaha. This hive is doing great. They have actually made another TBH with a queen excluder on top because the bees are producing so much. They call it the Village, but I like the name 'Super Duper'. Ill post some other videos, the first hive inspection and the addition!

    Do it, TBH's are the best way to keep honeybees in a happy wild environment!
