Get the words right: sun-sun-sun-sun-sun I hear mei-heèi Young girl in the market GIVES IT to the men etc She sees the dark market of a VIOLIN etc He sees the dark market of a VIOLIN ... everything else is right... seriously, how'd you get it so wrong? the difference is huge... makes the song HUGELY different in meaning "above" sounds NOTHING like "violin" and "music" for "gives it"? Dude, seriously, open your ears

@037scaramanga1: If "she sees the dark market of above", then explain the next two syllables which sound like O-LIN. She sees a dark market of a viiiii-o-lin, "a viiiii" doesn't sound like "above". Listen to her enunciation during the breakdown (3:57-4:22), and notice it doesn't match what you think she's saying during verse. Yet you don't go saying she says "I hear above". And yes, "gives it to the men" IS harsh. The wicked world is harsh. p.s. Tis no need for slander, child.

If you're listening while reading lyrics, your ears can decieve you. Alas, I don't think you're an idiot. Maybe you just need to listen to more Poe to hear how she breaks her lyrics, and find how harshness isn't out of reach for her either. Nonetheless, a little maturing would behoove you.

This song just /kills/ me .. I'm always blindsided by emotion from these lyrics (and that happens very, very rarely). *hitting pause so I can see what I'm typing through .. some .. water *sniff** I don't know if it's the imagery of the two people imagining they need to be surrounded by brutally scorching walls to be safe, or when the two come together and the violins play. (oh man, just /writing/ this is choking me up...). Anyway, /beautifully/ done video. Thank you very much for sharing. ;-)

Sorry, but I've just noticed another error in the lyrics. First line: "...gives it to the men.", not "...music to the men." The girl is a (reluctant) prostitute. Her eyes are red from crying, because she hates what she does. The boy pities her. If you didn't realize this, listen again to this marvellous song with that in mind, and you should shed even more tears than before.
