@Gabraal27 Because they were all fanboy-like on Tarja. That's the problem, lead singer are often considered as "heart" of the band, whereas the "heart" really is always the guy who writes the music. Here, Tuomas.

I liked NW with Tarja, I still like it now. Hey, Tuomas said it himself, that nightwish was a scenery of his soul or something like that (in the open letter).

Meh, who cares about the stupid haters, seriously. Just enjoy the music, and don't think about it mate ;)

I was in the store the other day, in a mall in Mexico, I was flipping through the CDs when I found Bleach by Nirvana. I was very surprised to see that there, but I was more surprised when I saw the Made in Hong Kong CD. I didn't even think about it, I just bought it.

Since then, that's probably the only thing i listen to, and the documentary is amazing (i love the part where Marco gets drunk and shows his butt, haha).

Nightwish is all of them, but without Tarja Nightwish can go on. Without Toumas, Nightwish dies.

Tuomas was the brains of the band, not the soul. Tarja was the person who gave it it's soul, as it was her voice is what made Tuomas' songs as passionate and beautiful as they were. It was HER soul that delivered that passion, not Tuomas' ink and paper which created the notes and lyrics.

Or, some might say it was BOTH of their souls that made the band Nightwish. Without either of them it is not Nightwish anymore.

If any of the original three who made up the core of the band were no longer in the band, it's not the same band, regardless of what they call themselves.
