Billy Bell is an extraordinary dancer and I loved him on SYTYCD but felt some of the chorographers let him down by not utilizing his abilites enough. Some did, but a couple of other ones really blew a great opportunity in working with him.

I've been involved with dancing for thirty (30) years, and first time I saw what this guy could cram as far as character development and storyline into SYTYCD's precious 120 seconds I knew he was not only a technically proficient classically-trained dancer, but also a major creator. Finally someone who has the physical ability of a world-class interpreter and the mind of a choreographer/storyteller.

when it comes to sytycd, it's a shame that so many people are focused on how cute someone is or how many flips and tricks they can do. billy is more than that, he'll make it farther than ANY of the dancers here and this dance is pure beauty all of his dancing is. all his dances are so beyond people his age, and he's truly an artist.

I was sitting in the sixth row watching this and could not believe what I was seeing. If I recall correctly, this piece wasn't listed in the program. We came out of intermission and he performed this. What he does at 4:00 in just made my heart leap into my throat. My hands went to my mouth in awe. His interpretations are inspiration and entirely, entirely human, to the very core.
