it's not really all that strange that it syncs up, sorry to say

the songs just happen to be moving at the same BPM....(they dance to the song through the whole video) it's not uncommon for two artists to make songs with the same basic structure, which is going for 32 Beats, then changing.

You're right. This is a great remix- it honors the original as well as jazzes it up within a respectable limit. Boys Noize (or whatever he/she/it is) does a terrible and perverse interpretation of a Feist song, where this interpretation is exciting and good sounding.

The match-up you found is also quite remarkable.

One of my favourite parts is the breakdown from 1:34 to 1:48 when she is going back up to the left and flips right as the bass comes back. The remix lets Feists voice lead it rather than bury it with beats.
