I now have a 2006 acura rsx type s... got my car totalled out and picked up the type s on thursday.. Ive gotta say, in a straight line, stock to stock, the maxima will put atleast a couple of car lengths on my type s... not for long tho :)

both very nice cars though i'd love to have either (more the RSX though cause i'm a big honda guy) but i'd love to have the torque/power + comfort of the maxima.

honda guys: maximas are VERY fast and not that heavy, tremendous torque

nissan guys: rsx's are nice, light, and can really haul ass for what they have very tunable too for more HP

@kojlubpusse 5.5 means it's a 5th-and-a-half generation Maxima, not 5.5 liters of displacement. 5th generations have the VQ30DE-K, while the 5.5 generation has the VQ35 3.5L V6

and yes, the k series pumps out 200hp to the crank, but just look at the torque. don't get me wrong, it's a great engine, but i can't say i miss driving a torqueless 4-banger every day.
