i have dis game for xbox360 and the victory music for soviet is the song called "hell march" its the song that plays in the opening cutscene. and thats y i picked the soviets as my faction that and also there units r awesome and i can get to the highest tech lvl pretty quick so yay soviets "not one step back" and all that other stuff the soviets yell right before they r about to beat the shit outta someone

@weelman224 Actually, "Hell March" is kinda the theme for the whole Red Alert series. It has a bunch of different versions in all 3 of the Red Alert games. (In fact every opening video for the Red Alert games has Hell March playing) But I can assure you that Hell March isn't the victory music for the Soviets. And when I say victory music I mean the music that plays when the match is over and the stats from the previous battle are displayed.

@weelman224 Well, for that I can't say. I play the PC version of Red Alert 3 and this song plays whenever the Soviets win both online and in single player. And I did play the 360 version when I rented it for a week, but I only played as the Allies because they are my favorite faction. But if I recall correctly it had the Allies victory music just like on the PC.

Yes, it plays during the scoreboard after a skirmish battle online or offline. But it is the victory music for the Soviets. Now you may be thinking Soviet March is the victory theme, but it isn't. I know nearly everyone who has played this game would agree with me when I say Soviet March is the game's main musical theme (and it fits quite well too).
