hi ! I'm french and I've got an electronic piano, and you're video is a big help for me, because I love playing films' sountracks =) for example I can play a bit Pirates of the Caribbean (the medalion call, but only the simple part of the right hand ><) or Can you feel the love tonight and This land from the Lion King =) hope you'll help us more =) bye !!
Well done, I like it :) Im learning it in A Minor, and honestly, I find that it in A Minor sounds better, Sorry! Kudos for the video though, and it still sounds nice
Sorrysorry but when you listen good to: "Once upon a time in africa", you will get the key a-minor... the melody starts on a C.... The chords are: Am, C, G, D......
Madagascar 2 "Once upon a time in africa" is actually played in "a minor". The first is "d minor". The tutor did a good job; but there's actually one more chord after "Dm, F, C"--it's G.
There are some parts in the song that the melody stop in the chorus to have some longer duration notes. What do you do there? Just push a few of the already pushed notes?
I love this song! I thik that it is the best... your tutorial is done well, but could you help me for the rest of the music...I can't find a tutorial as good as this, if you found the score could you do a new tutorial for the rest of the music please?? However you are awesome!!
I found Austria again!

The correct notes for the right had should be:
"FDD/FDD/FG/AFF/AFF/AF/GEE/GEE/FE/DBB/DBB/DE/"repeat".

in this video he played the chords in order:

actually... you are wrong
the last chord is G
rw221192 3 years ago
thank you for the suggestion, I will fix it for the next tutorial!
PuffoInformatico 3 years ago
It's not all D what Hans Zimmer does. In Madagascar 2 he had composed the theme in Am ;).
But the 4th chord is not Dm but G. Listen to the track Zoosters Breakout in 0:07. So that makes Dm F C G.
NLMikey 3 years ago
Thank you! In fact, "Iris and Jasper" from "The Holiday" is in Am too!
Also thank you for the chord suggestion!
Bye!

It's from Madagascar, which is probably why...
If you mean what it's from before Madagascar: it's an original composure by Hans Zimmer.
