The music was intended to relax people before boarding a flight. Eno studied the psychology of these types of tones and created this recording.

And stacking the number of pages with a new window while starting each recording basically gives you a new piece each time since you cannot usually randomly start them with the same interval.

You have people leaving with all the implications, and people arriving with all the implications. You have the fear and dread of airport security, and the hopefulness of what is to be had as a journey is about to begin. You also have the relief that a journey has come to an end. Airports are amazing places.
