  • Oh, this is probably the same rental neon from that other video where they did non stop burnouts and e brake slides.

  • Rent a SUV, dipsh*t

  • well if it's not expesive why didn't you rent a bigger car?

  • If I'm correct, you and the salesman walk around the car to look for dings, scratches and things of that sort before you actually rent the car so,why wouldn't you say something about the tires?

  • @FrankRizzo762 because apparently Enterprise are a bunch of murderers PURPOSELY trying to kILL us all....oh, and the renter was probably a drama queen who wants some sort of monetary compensation....

  • 46,091 views in 5 years, a cat doing nothing would get more hits, I think Enterprise is safe for now. Also make sure you don't rent from National, or Alamo either. Enterprise bought them. Enterprise is the America of Rental Car places. They suck, but all the other ones suck more.

  • buy ur own fucking car then u dont have to rent

  • What would you expect? If people rent these cars just to trash them, you can be certain you'll get something like this.

People , let's take a look at the problem : A rental car can be seen as a public transport. You grab a car, and you go werever you need to go,then you get back, refuel the car and finally you give it back to the owner.Instead, you take a car, abuse it till it dies and then what? "It wasn't my fault, the gearbox broke down when i tried to engage the "R" Rocket mode!". JUST STUPID!

  • Maybe you should have paid more for a bigger car...idiot

  • so why did you accept it dumb ass? Ask for a different car.

  • you shouldn't have been such a tight ass and rented a 4x4 instead!

  • I would like to add that the tyres look fine. If you wanted to complain why not go back and ask for an different cat? What a faggot making a video of what two tyres...........which look well above legal limit WELL DONE!!!

  • @rawkus90 Those look fine?

  • You already notice that the car has a problem then why accept the car in the first place then try to video it... Duhhh!

  • tires is not the only issue here you could of had good snow tires but....... its a neon uh oh lol

  • I blame the previous renters. They do burnouts and shit. I wouldnt want to die in a Neon. I would rather a Civic, maybe a Chrysler T&C.

  • Ever hear the expression . Ahh the insurance wil pay for it.. I'm menaing the life insurance...........Them speaking, not me...

  • that aint from doing burnouts look at the treadwear dumbasses

  • @OSSEOslayerJR Also, that's a Dodge Neon, which is a front wheel drive car - if you do a burnout on that car, it'd affect the front tires, not the rear.

  • @WRXDEMON exactly

  • @WRXDEMON i know...

  • @WRXDEMON could rotate

  • this is ridiculous everyone always cries racism when they cant excel at a simple job...pathetic...yes enterprise doesnt always have the best cars but i assure you after working their they inspect their cars fully and will never give out an unsafe car that is corporate suicide. Enterprise strives to be the most economical option out their for car rental and does not in anyway want to put their customers in any position for danger...dont bash a company because you are unemployed or underemployed

  • hahhahaha cleary u didnt watch youtube vids of rentals before u rented!

  • so? u gonna sew them or what?

  • So, were the tyres close to the legal limit, or are they simply not new enough for you? If so, why didn't you refuse the car when you did the vehicle check with the employee??

At the end of the day, YOU sign a contract to say that YOU have accepted the car in a roadworthy condition. That goes for any industry and any contract that you enter into. Six of one and half a dozen of the other if you ask me.

  • I Worked at Enterprise and I can tell you that they systematically rent out and lease cars that are unsafe - In fact they have inspection facilities that refuse to even inspect the vehicles for safety and simply slap a inspection sticker on the vehicle -Enterpirse pays them off to do it

Exposing customers to safety risks and dangerous vehicles they rent out and lease Enterprise is nothing but a group of theives and rip off artist

they are also RACIST TOWARDS BLACKS AND OTHER MINORITIES

  • Treating rental cars like dirt is from people that think they wont get caught. What this does is cause rates to increase on people that do treat cars with respect. If you rent a car that is good and it comes back like it was beat up then charge that person cleaning fees and repair fees since he or she signed that it was in good condition

  • Enterprise are good people--I had a tire blow out and I bought a new one when I was renting from them and they reimbursed me the full tire amount when I returnede the car as long as you have reciept

  • half the cars on used dealership lots are rentals beleive it or not

  • never buy a car that was previously a rental....

  • London Park Royal SCAMMMMMMMM - Enterprise

Rude and arrogant and unbehaved manager.

One day the tyre will retire and pass its due date.

They called the repair shop and asked me to pay for the flat tyre. It seems that they call this repair shop very often as the manager said call Jenny like usual and ask her about the damages( I know what it means- it means the usual receipt/bill charges to earn money)

    Total Scam Enterprise!

  • thats fine just crash it hurt yourself and sue em...thats the american way :)

  • The neon is front wheel drive anyway..

  • They also put water in the windshield washer-fluid reservoir to make the light turn off. And they probably didn't replace the tires because it would cut into the branches profits and come out of the Branch Manager's commission. I would recommend calling Customer Service and having their ESQI (ERAC's Holy Grail) lowered, but I seriously doubt you will find a number listed anywhere as it is intentionally hidden if available at all.

  • tthis fuckin video fails epically.

  • Screw those enterprise tight asses.

  • my moms company rents from Enterprise and their cars are always really dirty..this week she got a HHR and the interier was completely destroyed and had sand everywhere!!

  • wait, so you rented a dodge neon, one of the cheapest cars out there, to drive in the snow, and enterprise is to blame? two words....economy car. i bet you are one of those morons who just expected an suv or something for like $20 a day. lots of stupid people out there i guess. plus, didn't you walk around the car before you drove off? i mean, you just signed for something worth $12,000, wouldn't it make sense to check it out first...oh sorry, guess i'm just being dumb

  • @abw5301

Regardless of what 'class' of car was reserved and rented I think ALL customers are entitled to a decent set of tires!

I worked for another rental car company and they also KNOWINGLY rented out dangerous cars like this.

  • Comment removed

  • I can tell you from experience that these car rental companies know about bald tires, but rent them anyway.

  • @rzbenn

    YESSSSS they do!

  • haha no neon can do a burnout

  • idk you probly shouldnt have rented a dodge neon to go in the snow but thats still some bullshit

  • why would you RENT a dodge neon? haha they're disposable anyway

  • Let me get this right: you saw the condition the tires were in yet you still took the car?

  • wonder what the average life of a tire is on a rental car

  • @cozzey05 1 customer.

  • Ok ERAC obviously should have replaced the tyres but why are you complaining about them being bald on youtube? you should have looked at the tyres when you collected the car and told them then.

    Just plain stupid

  • @bighangers wow you really dont know how to spell tires? thats sad :(

  • @jennluvsnkotb74

Oh wow are you actually that stupid?

Typical ignorant American, Way to fulfill the stereotype jennluvsnkotb74,

Did it not occur to you that other countries in the world speak different variations of English? I’m from Australia So the correct spelling for tyres is exactly that. tyres.

Tyre (wheel), the outer part of a wheel in British English (equivalent to tire in American English)

  • @bighangers thankyou im glad u see me as an ignorant american i would much rather be labeled as that than a rat faced austrailian ,its spelled tires dummy

  • Most likely the previous renter burned the hell out of the tires, then rotated them and burned them some more.

  • the only fun part working for ERAC is driving new cars and burn the shit out of them...bad pay..no raise...manager uses F word all the time...they make fun of the area manager..they talk shit about each other in office...the manager even speed in rental cars too...wearing no seat belt...this is Fresno, CA i am talking about...

  • i worked there man..i tell u mann..if the tire doesnt pop then they will never replace it...i often wish they get sue..its bad working there...u don't even get a break..wash car from start to end..fuck ERAC...

  • its a fun car

  • Do you honestly think they would do this on purpose to invite lawsuits??? i am sure they have better things to do. It could happen at any car rental company, I dont suppose you gave them a chance to fix it before you started calling them murderers.

  • Shit happens...it aint a perfect world...get over it! Be thankful you can a fford a rental car......many in the world cant afford to eat. Sometimes these slip through the cracks it only takes one careless employee and u seem to blame the whole company.

  • I am never renting from them again.

  • @TheChemist187 glad your not renting again, your likely one of those cocks who books for 9.99 a day and says its too expensive.

  • At Enterprise Rent-A-Car our vehicles are well-maintained and inspected regularly. We apologize and assure you that this is not a normal occurrence. Any such occurrence would be gladly resolved by contacting the rental location. We hope youll consider Enterprise for your future rental needs.

  • @EnterpriseRAC Bull crap. I see this all the time Entrpise doenst give a carp about their customers.

  • It´s because dumb people keep abusing rental cars, Just search for rental car abuse on youtube.

  • Those weren't new tires. I wanted the cheapest car possible with brand new tires. I book a reservation every weekend just incase I need a car. I don't care because I don't get charged for not showing. Sure the car sits there all weekend, but hey, what if I need the car? And if I ever go in there for my car and its not ready, there will be hell to pay. Sure I'm 3 hours late, but thats fine, the customer is always right.

  • @premontm

    You serious?

  • @premontm dont be late

  • @premontm your a moron, your the reason ERAC starts giving out reserved cars and leaving their reservation customers waiting on rentals.

  • @premontm you are the customer that is annoying as fuck to deal with.If you don't come in and get the car it still gets rented. Nobody holds a car for one dipstick who wants the world to bend over backwards just because you're too cheap to buy a car.

  • @AlphaZero26, I know, I was a Branch Manager for Enterprise. I was mocking all the customers I had who thought they were Donald Trump when they walked into my branch with a Debit card. No one seems to get sarcasm.

  • If you were disatisfied the first time, why would'nt you rent from another company?

  • you stupid fucking bitch that made this vid made me angry u fucking wasted my fucking time with this video ! 1 star... damn lol

  • I don't see the problem

  • you will once u hit a tree or go off a cliff

  • Why in gods name would you rent a Dodge Neon? That's just terrible.

  • Well at ERAC they will put anything on the road no matter what. If it has a check engine light they tell the employee to say "its the gas cap ma'am or sir", erac would put Moses in a car with a bad transmission for a buck. And your reservations mean nothing, they book deals for money not to help you, they would love to put you in a focus and charge you full size rate...I know, I worked there.

  • Enterprise? I wont go there..lol, I dont like any rentals honestly. Avis charged me a Sebring as a full sized sedan, and would not give me a refund..so I only go to Hertz

  • It's good to know that these people (ERAC) are a bunch of deadbeats. Knowing that they are part of Alamo/National that should tell you something. I used to work for those lying weasels (Alamo). At times, they even rent cars that they are not supposed to be renting out (like ones labeled ''turnback'') I tried to go back to work for them for 6 years until I came to the shocking realization that I was ''not eligible for rehire.'' What assholes! That's why I only do AVIS now. The rest suck!

  • @SatanLivesTennessee

I work at enterprise and I can assure you that we don't rent out cars if they have damages of any kind. Even larger scratches fall under this category. Only slight traces of use are acceptable. Perhaps times have changed?

  • I worked for Enterprise until a couple of months ago. They DID know they were putting you in a car with bad tires, we were trained carefully to notice these things. Had you taken it back they probably would have had you wait longer for the shop to change the tires, since Enterprise overbooks their reservations grossly. You're lucky you got a car at all really.

Never rent from Enterprise, National or Alamo. These things happen all the time.

  • Why are the rear tires of any concearn to a guy renting a FWD car?

  • yup looks like the tire on the one I rented.I checked after seeing this

  • Instead of bitchin about the tires why didn't you take it back and get them to replace them?

    But that be to simple.

  • because renting us any POS car they can lay their hands on seems to be standard practice with enterprise after they lose your reservation and fail to upgrade you to something you don't want, at a higher price.

  • Why? I'm just trying to help him understand why the tires are like that. Of course the other reason for the crap tires is poor maintenance on Enterprise's part. Also my friend works for Enterprise so he tells me all the stories about what people do to the cars. Also a little FYI I have NEVER had to rent a car. So, you can take your comment and shove it.

  • hhmm wonder why the tires are crap. Try looking at the other vids where people do burn outs with rental cars and you'll find you answer.

  • @Nemo1181 thats a front wheel drive car he is showing. there is no excuse for the rear wheels having no tread except that it is old

  • @Nemo1181 so

  • @Nemo1181 thats an a excuse manager rent car like those reason why . make 3 % on sales thats the real answer

  • @Nemo1181 do u realize that hes showing the rear tires?!

the dodge neon is fwd though...tell me u how u kill the rear tires of a fwd car while doing burnouts.

  • @Boosted1981 Its pretty simple really and plus it show how little Enterprise takes care of their cars. People rent it do burn outs, return the vehicle, enterprise then rotates the tires and rent it to someone else who most likely won't notice the back tires are worn down cause they are only paying attention to the front. Trust me I've had friends who've work at different Enterprises that have done worse.

  • @Nemo1181 this video is proof that those people are fucking idiots who ruin it for the people actually need those tires... people who fuck over rental cars should be put on a list and never allowed to rent again.. I dont know about you, but i've had a blowout on the interstate. it was FUCKING scary doing a 360 while other cars were behind me.. someone could have died

  • @Nemo1181 Dodge Neons are front wheel drive cars smart ass

  • @just1nwalter7 WHOA REALLY!!!! I'm sure if this person showed us the front tires we'll see that those weren't any better. Trust me a bunch of my friends worked at a bunch of different Enterprises and they did poor maintenance on a lot of their cars. If i had to guess they probably rotated the tires cause they thought "well these 2 have 'some' tread on them so lets put them on the front cause that will be perfectly OK for an upcoming storm and we saved $300." The management is so so at best.

  • @Nemo1181 im pretty sure that the rear tires cant do a burnout

  • Try Hertz rental cars... ive never had a problem with them

  • ..cont.

selling you insurance that you don't need and are aware of it.

  • Ya, I just got into an accident. I have liability insurance. Went to Enterprise to get a rental. They recommended that I purchase insurance from them. What they won't tell you is that if you already have insurance from your existing car, you are covered. They will try to sell you insurance anyway knowing that you don't need it. That's how Enterprise make their money. My attorney told me this and I was like wtf. They are taking advantage of people...what a scam. Business beaurou shouldlook into

  • Scam? Its additional insurance so that if you are in an accident while in their car whether you are at fault or not they will cover it. That way you dont have to pay your deductible and involve your insurance company on their car. Would you rather get rear ended while in their car and pay your $500 -1000 deductible and wait for reimbursement from your insurance company for an accident thats not your fault or pay $15 a day and let Enterprise take care of it? No, I dont work for Enterprise.

  • Why pay the $15 per day when you can get the $500-$1000 reimbursed. If you do the math, I think I'd rather not pay the $15. Sure I'll be losing interest on the $500-$1000, but that's my choice. My lawyer told me this. I think you are with Enterprise rental and/or Allstate and you're just trying to make it sound good. The best thing to do is to make sure your current insurance covers the same $15 coverage that you would get from Enterprise rental, that's all. Otherwise, Ent. is tricking you..

  • jus learn to drive reallllllyyyyy slow when i first started drivng i didnt have a job my tires were fucked to egypt and back and i madei t in the snow with not really any problems

  • Enterprise also likes to force people into buying insurance from them...if you don't have proof on insurance, instead of getting you to sign a waiver like the other rental agencies, they will force you to buy the insurance. If you come back later to supply proof...guess what? They won't refund you.

I only rent from Thrifty, Budget, Avis...they're all good companies and want to be here forever.

  • @Rata4You you don't need any insurance if over 25 to rent from Enterprise. You can be one of those morons driving around without collision coverage. Would I recommend it? No. But ERAC doesn't "force" damage waiver on you. But if you smash up that car you just bought yourself a new car that is likely useless. I hate uninformed people.

  • Enterprise is a scam company. For real. Google "Enterprise car scam" or "Enterprise car fraud", and you will be blown away by just how serious the problem is. Spread the word.

  • That car was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!!

  • That same neon is on a rental car abuse video where the guy does a burn out for a solid minute

  • Even if so... It wouldn't be the rear tired what are bald, It would be the front as Neons are Front Wheel Drive, Only.

  • I also work for enterprise..that car is not that bad...most people do worse to their own cars.

  • i work for erac and we change the tires at 4/32 and state law in texas is 2/32. we maintain the tires on our rentals better than you do your own car.

  • you got a compact car. you get what you pay for.

  • Watch the videos about rental car abuse, rental car burnout and you ll see why.

  • Poor management is responsible. Peoples lives are at stake here not only the person who was rented the vehicle but the people who may be in the car next to them when he has a blow out or looses control in the rain. Enterprise would be found guilty of negligence regardless of expecting a driver to do a mechanics check of a vehicle. That is not their job. It is ultimately the responsibility of owner of the vehicle to ensure that the vehicle is in the correct condition to be driven on the road.

  • Ya, well, look at how the white trash lowlifes have been driving these rental cars, and you'll better understand why you got the car that you did. Take a look on Youtube of the folks trashing rental cars... Lowlife Bastards.

  • There is no need for the use of the word professional. You sell tires for a living. You do not need to make it sound any more fancy then it already doesn't.

I worked at a tire company for 3 years. I am quite knowledgeable about tires in general.

Why do you think someone has there tires rotated when they get bad on the front. It's because, why throw out the tires when they can be used on the back just fine. No tread on the rear tires means nothing untill you pull the E-brake.

  • WTF? What does the emergency brake have to do with ANYTHING? Bad tread on ANY tire means decreased traction... wether it be driving force or cornering abillity! No REPUTABLE tire company or shop would touch those tires but to replace them!

  • Once again, I will put in my opinion.

I am saying a Neon is front wheel drive. When you are accelerating or braking, only the front tires will be in control. When tuning 80% of the cars weight is put on the front tire (depending on which way you are turning).

Therefore, the back tires condition means nothing when doing regular driving weather it be dry wet or snowy out.

And as for the "WTF? What does the emergency brake have to do with ANYTHING?" remark, Read the above again.

  • Apart from the fact that if the rear tires are too bald then your rear end will slide around in the snow more.....

  • Like I said, neons are front wheel drive. When engaging in a casual turn, while the ground has snow on it, the chances that your rear-end is going to slip out are 1 in a million.(UNLESS you pull the e-brake)

What WILL happen is the car will keep going straight even if the tires are be turning.

  • 1. your wrong, it will absolutley with out a doubt 100% money back guaranteed only an idiot would think otherwise have a difference in cornering abillity! PERIOD! There is no valid argument otherwise!

    2. the tire is asking for a bulge/blowout.

    3. if they were to be involved in ANY accident be it their fault or not they would have a MAJOR lawsuit against Enterprise!

  • Just so you know, neons are front wheel drive. This means the back tires condition means nothing.

And I agree with what another person said below. Quit moaning and buy a car you cheapskate.

  • As a professional tire salesman, any front wheel drive vehicle with bad tires on the rear is an accident waiting to happen. Regardless those tires needed to be replaced with FOUR brand-new tires, not just 2 on the front.

  • í like neon´s you motha f*kkah

  • Then about a month about i had the Chevy Aveo, they needed to exchange the car 'because someone needed to buy the Aveo. My exchanged rental is now a big SUV that has gps and tvs and everything.

  • That is because most rental vehicles have a lifespan of approximately 40,000 kilometers. The vehicle you rented was being auctioned off or bought at wholesale pricing.

  • quit moaning and buy a car you cheapskate!

  • Looks like he just got done doing a burnout on ice. Camera operator sucks bad though. Yes tires do look unacceptable (2/32" - 3/32") although Enterprise maintains thier vehicles well most of the time. I think it wouldve been more professional just to take it back rather than put it on youtube?? You look like a idiot anyhoot(your camera operator got you on cam and I got closeup) Dumbass

  • Its a Neon's back tires.. Neon's are FWD. Unless he swapped the tires front to back, I don't think there were many burnouts involved.

  • How would you know if enterprise maintains their cars well? The "You look like a idiot" statement maybe applicable.

  • I work for a car rental co and this only happens on high kms cars. Best is when idiots rent a car in middle of winter... say an ecar and start complaining about tires. Listen idiot, a fucking aveo is not going to get you through HWY 1 snow storm... snow tires or not. Dumb mass consumers!

  • why didn't you inspect the tires when you picked up the car, instead of make a video about it and complain later, if you were so worried about the car in the snow.

  • Uhhh... if you are so unhappy with them after the first time, why did you go back?? There are other companies. Why did you order a compact car for a snow storm anyways???

My husband works for enterprise and I hate it myself, but you know there are other companies, right???

You are the type of moron that makes his job hell because you don't have sense enough to make the right reservation. Since when do compact cars have 4-wheel drive???

  • Well, neons do get around pretty nice in the snow.

  • I was in a 4-car collision. I stopped at the light just barely missing the car in front of me Then the car behind me rams in to me.Her insurance paid for it and gave me a rental from the enterprise and its a econmy car and its stripped down. I'm lucky to even have a radio. 3-weeks ago this happened and I got a rental the day after and it is a Chevy Aveno what ever that is. IT DOES NOT HAVE ANTI LOCK BRAKES BAD IN SNOW AND UP HILLS

  • Economy car means "cheap-ass-car". When dealing with another person's insurance, as with your own, you can demand a comperable car to the one that was lost or damaged. The fact that you got the Aveo, which is basically a rollerskate, suggests that you yourself own a cheap-ass car. A collision is not a lotto ticket. If insurance company won't pay for anything more than an economy car and you are too cheap to pony up a few $/day for anything better, that's your own fault.

  • oh man can you say law suite fuck man theres snow and thay gave you shit tires you should of wreckd it and got payd

  • Most idiotic comment ever

    Thanks

  • u know why the cars got bad tires and its a shithole on wheels?? watch videos on here of ppl destroying rental cars. this is another one of those cars

  • this guy probably let little junoior drive it and drink and drive , smoke ,shit ,fart and trash the car, then the authorized driver wants to complain about it at return ,rental cars get checked coming and going for damages, keep your brat away from the steering will or pay up sucker !! also 80 percent of you renters are trash balls, rent a $25,000.00 car and treat it like your $200.00 hooptie . give this guy a pacifier and a tire bill .

  • I would not put them on blast like this! Did you speak to a manager about this! Shit man are you perfect! Mistakes happen. Take the car back and speak to a manager about this. Putting this on youtube won't help any thing will it?

  • wow... i have an interview with these guys tomorrow. perhaps i should rethink this.

  • We used to have to put the cars out constantly which basically ensured they were never maintained properly.

  • No, this car should never have left the lot. The car rental company is liable. They are required to do the inspection prior to renting it... not the poor guy who happens to rent it. What if it were a little old lady with bad vision who rented the car and this were all she could afford? You'd have more sympathy. What's wrong is wrong and I see that "E" on the back of the car.

  • Next time you want to rent a car in the snow.. why don't you get an SUV and not a compact car you jackass

  • thats not the point dick, a car with bald tires is unsafe no matter what type of weather.

  • orpheus3699 you are a fucked up jackass, Enterprise is responsible to replace them worn out tires as well as proper maintenance such as oil, tires, seatbelts, horn ETC. BEFORE the car is on the market for rental, if i had a blowout on their car i rented and i end up in a hoppital, Enterprise will get sued for poorly maintenance on their car. i always record a video of the car and condition so in case something goes wrong, i have proof.

  • Ok, call me names. here's a couple of things for ya.... I used to work for them. The tires are checked every 4-5k miles. So they do check them. When they do get worn do it is from dicks like you who try to do burn out with the rentals. And you sign a contract saying you looked at the car BEFORE YOU TOOK IT saying it's in good condition. Next time take a look at the tires before you drive off. And again- who rents a neon in a snow storm. you are such a dipshit it's not even funny.

  • look whos talking, 1.. i don't rent cars, 2.. i don't do burnouts, 3.. enterprise ripped me off at 300 bucks deposit, fuck them enterprise rent a junk, i would have taken them to a demonlition derby and i would have lost after the 1st car bunps my bumper.. then its dead,i drive my van in the snowstorm and i have no problem, why would i want a S.U.V.?? you are an dickshit, it's not even funny

  • WHAT?? they took a deposit from you?? Holy crap - I wonder why a rental company would want a deposit when they hand your a car worth thousands of dollars (bald tires or not) what do you think they are? blockbuster video handing you your dvd worth 8 bucks. Yea the never of them wanting a deposit. They should burn in hell

  • yup that is why i don't do business with enterprise rent a junk, if i want to rent a car.... i'll rent a harley davidson and enjoy my ride in las vegas

  • It's a rental you dumbass what do you expect?

  • shame on the sound

  • You act suprised, Its easier pulling the teath out of the guy who approves the expense for new tires (and all vehicle repair) then having to get him to pull out the check book.

  • its a NEON front wheel drive!!!

no way in hell could a burnout wear out the rear tyres that much IN SNOW. Its impossable.

  • Why did you leave with the vehicle then? Maybe you were doing burnouts in it, that would explain the bald rear tires. We never let our cars leave like that so that leaves YOU responsible. The license plate has been documented, and you WILL be receiving a bill. I work for Enterprise claims in New York. Have a nice day!!!

  • Not trying to start a fight but how can you send a bill to this person? 1.You cant really prove that it was them doing the burnouts.

  • any proof that they did a burnout?

  • jackass, you said you work for Hertz on a different video. I, however, do work for Enterprise, and I know that they won't be receiving any bill.

  • You are the one who chose to drive a compact car in the snow. Should'nt have been a tight-wad and paid the extra 3, or 5 bucks to get a nicer, more safer car. No sympathy for you.

  • Likely they didn't notice until they hit wet pavement. Those tires are so bald, it's like the car is in LA.

  • why did u take it then--its your fault for not checkin it out first

  • when you rent a car it is your responsibility to check the vehicle over, you can always ask for a diff. car at the time of rental, but clearly it looks as though you would rather bitch about someone else instead of taking personal responsibility. hopefully you learned a valuable lesson, but probably not.

  • A word of advice: don't ever rent a compact class or below, because that is what kids rent to do stupid things with, i.e. the burnouts already mentioned.

  • wow, compelling video. I think I saw the grass grow.

  • its called people doing burnouts...live with it

  • If morons didn't treat other people's property like trash, maybe they wouldn't have to give you a car like that! The car is brand new....what's that tell you?
