  • I have one. Excellent carry weapon. Light, but with a nasty sting.

  • Can you attach a silencer to it? ;)

  • I love my ppks 380. Is one the my colecc

  • Where can I find a one of these!? Do local gun shops sell the Walther/smith & Wesson ppk?

  • @uzi2004 yes a local dealer can get you one

  • I just shot this gun this weekend. Is there a modified version for standard 9mm parrabellum simply for a little more stopping power was a defense weapon?

  • @MrFunnydude33 not that i know of

  • Nice conceal carry weapon, and very accurate. Not the most lightest for its nice, but that's the price for an all steel frame. The bore is molded on the frame, thus absorbs recoil well for accuracy. Negative feedback: does not feed hollow points reliably, so full metal jackets are recommended for loading; the slide does tend to "bite," but that will go away in time with familiarity with the pistol handling.

  • isnt this the one from johnny english reborn poster?

  • Great video and nice weapon.

  • the walther is such a nice gun

  • 007 status congrats! =)

  • i got the chance to hold one of those bad boys , its the perfect consiled weapon

  • Taxi Driver anyone?

  • kurz...you can spell it like this = kourrtz ...^^

    greetings from germany :)

  • @pentogram23 sell me that 9

  • nice

  • @ReconARMY001124 BERSA Thunder .380 plus

  • They say Hitler killed himself with one of these. That's all I need to know to buy one!

  • i like it bc its small and very good accuracy

  • @ReconARMY001124 walther ppk .380

  • @ermaslv44 You. Know. Nothing.

What your refer to is a PPK-L which includes and alternate barrel to fire a smaller caliber bullet. And the "K" in PPK stands for "Kriminal" as this was a concealable pistol for police, its full name is Walther Polize Pistole Kriminal, also the L in PPK-L refers to it being Lighter than than the standard PPK. I dont know where the hell you got your info from, but you, sir are wrong.

  • walther ppk's are the only guns chambered below 9mm i'd ever carry. reliability speeks for itsself. however, id never carry below 9mm to begin with lol my current off duty weapon is a .40S&W while my duty weapon is in .357sig

  • there is also something called a walther ppl, the L stands for lang, which means long, and the k in ppk stands for kurz, which means short

  • esa pistola me gusta mucho

  • @ReconARMY001124 g17 for bang for ya buck, ppk for concealed carry/ home defense

  • I Like ur Videos man. Very Accurate and Very Detailed. I Like that. Good Work bro. Keep Makin Videos and I'll Keep Watchin them.

  • @zboyco g19

  • @demensionflip g17 is what he asked

  • how much is that baby ?

  • pp7

  • Surely this pistol will be accurate at more than 20yrds.

  • Bond. James Bond.

  • Thanks for showing us step by Step!!!

  • I like my PPK.

    I prefer traditional gun blue.

  • Heighth lol

  • I must buy one for my C.C.W nice

  • Do you receive a licence to kill when you buy one?

  • @TheGalacticEmperor only if you are James Bond...

  • Where can I buy a nice ww2 walther ppk?

  • @starwarsraul13 gunbroker and gunsamerica

  • i have that!

  • does it not have a slide lock lever?

  • @Anonymous1226 uh yea it does

  • @zboyco Then why do you have to insert an empty mag to lock the slide back?

  • @Anonymous1226 because its an internal slide lock actuated by magazine

  • I slugged the bore on my .380 PPK (S&W) and found it was .357" in diameter.

.Ammo with .355" projectiles is not very accurate. I reload. I size 90 grain linotype bullets to .358" and use 3.0 grains of Bulleseye. I also use 110 grain Remington .357" round nose hollow point projectiles with 3.0 grains of bullseye.

The Remington bullet load is quite accurate and reliable with Winchester brass cases. Other brands of cases will bulge when seating the bullets.

    Good luck! Nice video!

  • Bond used a .32

  • Well, if you're a smart guy, you'll never look down the barrel of a firearm, no matter what :)

  • Just a note "Kurz" is pronounced "Kerts"

  • Video 10

  • don't forget us...Austrian's Gott wit uns! Jack Albrecht

  • James Bond.

  • Very nice pistol, I have a ppk/s by S&W, only issue was with ammo, ran some chec republic ammo which sucks had 4 misfires and 4 failuer to feed, cleaned it and next day ran 100 rounds of winchester 90 gr and remington 102 gr jhp No Problem

  • i prefer the russian version

  • ahh James Bond's weapon of choice :)

  • @skagui1 Bond's is blues though.

  • 0:17

  • is this a 9mm or 380 ? I know the 380 is a 9mm but different length,,will it shoot either cartridge ? I had a early model ppk 380 I sold back in 1995 and have always regretted it and wish i had kept it,,very cute and nice gun.

  • @snowmangsx1100 .380acp only which is 9x17. 9mm luger/parabellum is 9x19

  • @zboyco and 9x18 is "9 millimeter Makarov :)

  • @zboyco thanks for useful info..I never knew tis,,I have a Glock 9X19......26

  • @snowmangsx1100 its the german 9mm its a bit shorter than our 9mm

  • Beautiful

  • Even if it's just a vid; still it felt creepy to be staring at the barrel of a gun (when you pointed it to the camera). But I must admit, the Walther PPK is my all time favorite carry and conceal pistol. :)

  • @8javed Is it really your favorite concealed carry? I love this gun, and would love to carry it, but does the .380 have enough power.

  • @HeroOfTime121 Next to the Walther PPK, I love the Walther PK380. But it's so darn hard to own guns where I am, and much harder still to carry them around. So it's the bad guys who end up carrying concealed weapons because they're not afraid to break the law anyways. Whewww! :(

  • @8javed Thank you, and I'm terribly sorry. You have my sympathy good sir/ma'am.

  • 0:28 Walther made in USA. somehow it bothers me. XD

  • @SLiDaRr wrong. parts are made in germany and imported into USA

  • @zboyco I know. it was ment ironically. i just never seen it before ;D

anyway nice Pistol. Is it accurate?

I had a Walther P1 as a service weapon myself in the german army but it wasnt very accurate.

It was often said, that you are better off with throwing the P1 at your foe then shooting at him. XD

But i could bet that isnt the case with the PKK.

  • @SLiDaRr if your within 25 feet its easy to hit a torso size target. fixed barrel guns like this usually are a bit more accurate than tilting . its meant for close engagements

  • Great video!! Much better then most handgun reviews I've watched.

  • Feel like buying one.

  • jaja was wir deutschen net alles sinnvolles und zerstörerisches erfinden können ^^

  • I have the 32 ACP PPK S&W. I love it. No problems after 100 rounds. I carry it and do not care about the weight. The quality is top notch.

  • I'd give to own a beauty like that; No matter what small caliber it fires.

  • haha

    2:11

    length...... width....... heighth

  • thanks, just "inherited" an interarms walther PPK and thought I'd spend new years giving it a little clean up. nice video.

  • very nice video im loveing the ppk cool my one is in black lovely gun best looking i think keep up the good work man

  • does it have a threaded berrel?

  • Yeah, a true classic and very sexy in this nice stainless-finish. And: When Americans and Germans do something together, there WILL be a good result in the end.

  • "it has a hammer, so it can snag in your pocket!"

Why would you want it in your pocket?

  • dude is that a real gun?

  • @ousoonerfan92

The .380 is a shorter case, loaded to half the chamber pressure of the 9mm Luger. The .380 uses a 90 grain bullet (plus or minus depending on load) compared to the 9mm 124 grain standard (115 to 146 grain bullet most common). Muzzle energy of the .380 is half the 9mm, but the bullets are the same .355 diameter.

  • @ousoonerfan92

.380 and 9mm are the same caliber, .355 inch diameter.

  • hey dude why at 30.00 dose it say 9mm i thought it was a 380. ????

  • @aerofores its 9mm Kurz meaning short. 9x17

  • This reviewer sounds like he's blowback operated too. "It's the James Bond Gun" geeze man....

  • I was thinking about purchasing one of these but I have read on the internet that they are not very reliable, jammomatics is what I have read. Have you had any problems with yours?

  • @razio54 i believe most of the problems come with the smith and wesson PPK's. the interarms have been touted as a higher quality model.

  • @zboyco 380 acp 90 grain ammo is this what it takes

  • @zboyco The interarms has also a few jams; I was told to buy expensive amo for it. I inherited mine so I'll keep it for fun, but not my personal carry weapon.

  • @kavor87 and your a wigger

  • Thank you, i was not aware Interarms also did a ppk version. Please, if you could review the Interarms ppk/s (blued) that would be very cool. Thanks again

  • @zboyco Greetings...Sir, are you sure it is not a "7" round magazine? Interarms ppk/s version is usually a 7 rd magazine.

  • @centurionknight this is a PPK, not PPK/S so it has one less round

  • We Germans simply make the best guns :D

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 i wouldnt say thebest but there good

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 hate to burst your bubble, but if that is true, why didnt you win the war? (; i know the NAZI era is over i'm just messin with you

  • @sum41Rck Hmm it took 53 countrys to take down germany ! When was the last time you kicked the asses 53 guys at once ?

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 hahah never cause i was smart enough not to piss off 53 people at once hahahahahah dude, seriously i'm kidding i agree that most german guns are very good and durable, and i actually think that germany is a very nice country from what i can see (even though i have never been there) so lets quit argueing

  • @sum41Rck Hahaha! how could Germany win the war against 40 countries?..Hitler didn´t want to fight against England, nor US,,,his business was with Stalin.

  • @tuyocuyo point was that the allies still won (:

  • @sum41Rck No stupid..allies LOST.. because West was fooled by Jews. All allied soldiers killed in Europe didn´t know they were fighting helping to destroy the most magnificent weapon ever designed against the Comunism: The Wehrmacht. Allies LOST because they have Israeli Marxism outside..and Supracapitalism inside...got it kid?

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 i'm as patriotic as an american can be, but yeah, germans make some kick ass guns.

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 ppsh-41 beats mp40

  • @Teufelsnachbar667

Too true. My H&K USP 40 Expert is my favorite pistol and my most reliable.

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 But WE ITALIANS do it better ^^ (sex and weapons)

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 i will be brutaly honest with you.... Germany is amazing. I don't know why, i just love it. There are a lot of high quality items from Germany, not to mention the AMAZING beer. Even in the past i still applaud Germany. It's deffinatly one of my top 5 countries. Canada being no.1 cause its where i live. Be proud!.

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 right !!!

  • @Teufelsnachbar667 Maybe, but that gun was made in America :P

  • thumbs up if you think this is cool but the walther p-38 is better

  • cool vid thnx

  • at least it will help me get outta the tavern....

  • I have a German Nazi era PPK and a SS Interarms PPK both great guns, I also have a West German PPKS also a great gun, but also I have a firestorm and it is a very good gun and I paid 189 new for it. Great value, unlike that P OF SHIT Rauabaugh, 1100 and the springs need to be replaced every 200 rounds. I have a ppk that is 75 years old and is just fine. This is a gun for 2 inch dicks who think that throwing away money makes it look longer, It just makes you look stupid.

  • @jehovah1975 LOL whats the gun for 2 inch dicks again?

  • @zboyco i have a ppk which was manufactored in the end of ww2 which makes in 70years old and was an award for my grandfather by the chief of staff in bg the gun is incredible

  • this gun is awesome.

  • S&W version has issues. Older ones run like a champ.

  • Beats Kel Tec and Ruger .

  • it's beautiful

  • @druisteen2

No you are totally wrong. Evrybody in the world knows, expect stupid americans, that Walther is german brand and gun manufactur. The usa stole the patents of Walther after ww2. So it is a german gun.

  • Germans k now their shit....

  • The PPk uses another type of bullet right?

  • good gun but load it and then take the top off it and fire it and then make a vidio it'll be so good.....and dangerous :D

  • 600 $ ?

  • I love that pistol :DDDD

  • This recall applies to all Walther PPK and PPK/S pistols manufactured by Smith & Wesson from March 21, 2002, until February 3, 2009. The Serial Numbers of the pistol subject to this recall are as follows: 0010BAB - 9999BAB 0000BAC - 9999BAC 0000BAD - 9999BAD 0000BAE - 9999BAE 0000BAF - 9999BAF 0000BAH - 9999BAH 0000BAJ - 9999BAJ 0000BAK - 9999BAK 0000BAL - 5313BAL 0000BAM - 1320BAM 0000LTD - 0499LTD 0001PPK - 1500PPK 0026REP - 0219REP 0001WLE - 0459WLE
  • Rather have the Bersa 380 cc cheaper to buy safer and fires any and all ammo

  • @quadheart bersa = cheap imitation of the real german PPK. walther = real thing. except no substitute

  • @zboyco I agree with you there. But I myself would choose the SIG 232 SL

  • @zboyco Awesome gun.

  • @zboyco i agree the bersa is an imitation but my bersa has been great...i will be looking into the ppk also..thank you zboy!

  • @zboyco By German, you mean French, right?

  • @zboyco accept no spelling errors.

  • @quadheart

Dude WTF "safer and fires all ammo" the Bersa is just a cheap clone of the PPK

  • @TheJomogogo Not even close. Have you ever tried them both? Completely different operation and feel.

  • @jsloey

The design is identical and claimng the Bersa is better is just asinine.

  • beutiful agent 007 pistol.. My gotfather owns one. I tried it several times, good. just like mine springfield xd pistol ;D

  • great classic gun!

  • looks exactly like the SIG P232

  • This really looks like a smart design.

  • I dont like the fact that you pointed the gun at the screen. Very uncomfortable for me bro.... My training almost kicked in.

  • I want this pistol for my woman.

  • @christlubas what part are you talking about? this is how the ppk is and always has been.

  • @zboyco um im sorry to say but the PPK is no longer in production and u kinda just got a clone of it. it IS a ppk but its not the original. my grandfather has one and omfg that thing is beeeeeeeeeeast :D but yes that is a PPK but not the original :(

  • @sora4502 actually Interarms uses all imported German Walther PPK parts and its just assembled here instead of Germany. so its really a true Walther

  • @zboyco by the ORIGINAL i mean like the original 1's made in the 1900's ( i dont know the exact year ) but yes it is a true walther but its not one of the original PPK's is all im trying to say

  • @sora4502

Yeah, it's still in production. Smith and Wesson has the most recent license.

  • @christlubas what rails?

  • @zboyco i thought those were rails at the top, really can't see well without my glasses.

  • @christlubas haha no those arent rails. ppk have no rails.

  • PPK's are fun little guns, but for me there is no substitute for perfection. I know everyone hates to hear this, but why not just get a Glock 26? Similar price point and more rounds! I Have a Bersa 380, had a Walther PPK/S, and I have a Keltec P-3AT, but I only have the 380's because there is no way to get full price back for them. I also own 7 Glocks, and for the money there is nothing I can compare them to.

  • Comment removed

  • I am really thinking of picking one of these up for conceal carry. Thanks for the great review. Having 3 45's I need something smaller to lug around.

  • semi auto??? nice gun

  • Great vid!

  • Their language might be a bit unappealing, but Germany is the boss of weapon technology. Either that, or Heckler, Koch and Walther were born in Germany completely coincidentially.

  • That's goofy, I thought the PPK was 9mm only.

  • @DrsJacksonn it is 9mm. its 9mm kurz which means 9mm short

  • Irie, but ain't .380 inch meant to be equal to 9.7mm, or is that where the 'kurz' comes in?

  • @DrsJacksonn kurz meant for shortened case. the 9mm luger is 19mm while the 9mm kurz(.380) is 17mm.

  • @zboyco Not quite correct on the name. PPK stands for Politzei Pistole- Kurz, and references it being a smaller derivative of the Walther PP. IIRC the original caliber, and one that Bond carried, was .32 ACP (7.62 mm).

  • @junqhedd i know he used a .32 but it was still called a PPK. what do you mean not correct on the name?? it says PPK on my damn gun so its called a PPK. i should know since I own it along with a PPK/S

  • @DrsJacksonn kurz meant for shortened case. the 9mm luger is 19mm while the 9mm kurz (.380) is 17mm

  • Irie, but ain't .380 inch meant to be equal to 9.7mm, or is that where the 'kurz' comes in?

  • @DrsJacksonn They were also made in .32 ACP. James Bond's famous Walther PPK was a .32 ACP :) FYI, nobody goes into a store and asks for "9mm kurz" or "9mm short" ammo. They ask for .380. If you ask for "9mm" they will give you 9mm Luger every time.

  • is that the gun james bond uses???

  • @jamesdk09 yes

  • Should read. "Assembled in USA."

  • @Aurilius06 they are german made parts assembled in the USA unlike the smith and wesson version

  • im carring my kimber ultra carry 45 @ a ppk for backup cool pieces to trust your life 2

  • yea but desert eagle is very powerful but they have big recoil (If a weak person shoots it he or she is gonna get pwned like that video with a woman shooting desert eagle)

  • i would like to use this for carrying causei dont relly want to kill someone like using a 45. but its nice and its cool that james bond uses is it so if i ever shoot someone i can s
