I went there today and yesterday and saw the show twice and sat in the splash zone ! it was awesomee

awesome crittors, i noticed no one in water action and that they kept their distance from tilikum. dont blame them. he is absolutly HUGE!!! that one dwarfed him in the bow on the platform. I didn't like the music or the introduction, the view was good. by the way is that a new policy change no more people in the water? good policy if you ask me there still is alot to learn about orcas.

Thanks for this video! I was there at this day with my two kids and came back now in december for this beautiful and inspiring show and also the christmas celebrations. This is, definitetly, the best shot of it.

here in San Antonio. During the summer the night shows for shamu are different. Its a show called "Shamu Rocks Texas" its very fun alot more exciting. The music is rock n roll. But Can anyone Tell Me if they have something like that in san diego or orlando. Just wondering?

@jdls12 Yes, all the parks have Shamu Rocks.

@jdls12 There's one here in Orlando, but it's just called Shamu Rocks and it's only done during the peak summer tourist season. I'm pretty shure they do the same at SWSD as well.

@james4506 SeaWorld has announced that they do plan to release a soundtrack and a DVD for the show, like they did for "Believe" and "Blue Horizons". They won't say when, though, other than the end of this summer or perhaps early this fall.

I liked that it was cool...it felt weird not seeing the trainers in the water with them but it was still cool...I thought the Orcas did an excelent job...

We saw this only a week or so after, and it didn't have that many whales, that many tricks or even such synchronism. Now I'm jealous and want to go back... -_- lol.

The show didn't premiere at all three parks - just Orlando. Tilikum isn't the only wild-caught whale, because Katina was too. And Kalina sadly died last year.

@ThrillSeekerMatt Believe was a really great show and this ones a pretty good one as well, but it still isn't better than Believe was. I posted a full show of Believe which I shot in 2009, a little more than a year before the tragic event last Feb. It's called Believe at Sea World Orlando 2006-2011.

@EvilInAll That's Tillikum. Tilly weight about 12,000lbs and is currently the largest Killer Whale in captivity. You know it's Tilly by the large wake he produces when he enters the pool :)

Actually, Katina is also a captured orca. She was captured in Iceland in 1978.

I'm going to SeaWorld on holiday this year, do you know what the show times there are and what rides are busy when?

@satnav1120 You'll need to go to Sea World's website to see the schedules for One Ocean, Blue Horizons, and Clyde and Seymore Take Pirate Island shows. As for What rides are busy, I'd have to say the two roller coasters (Manta and Kraken) and the water coaster Journey to Atlantis. The busiest times of the year are what we in Orlando call the Tourist Seasons which are from late June to early September and then in late December.
