Yup both are happily married. Marg is married to Alan and Billy is married to Gina. :) Don't worry, this was just a friendly kiss. And its not only Billy and Marg.. the whole CSI cast loves to kiss each other I tell you. LOL! On their other promo pictures and other videos you can see some of the other cast being touchy feely. They're that close. :)
