A solution for ur problem... Also for those with this problem...For ppl using Internet Explorer...

1)Go to 'Tools'

2)Select 'Internet Options'

3)Look for the section 'Temporary Internet Files'

4)Delete Both Cookies and Files...

This should make the loading restart...Reason? The computer had assumed the file was finished so even if you refresh, nothing changes... Deleting those stuff makes the computer re-download the information... Hope I've helped you...
