i dont file, i am the boss, my tax guy, gardener, dentist and many more are self employed. Many trades men like myself are also independant contractors.

how many contractors are in a state can be found at the licensing bureau if some one cares to check the numbers. At least 30,000 in oregon in trades.

Thank you for stopping by , that is exactly the point - how many people lost their income but are not included in government data for this and that reasons; and why not- to make things look less bad? We all know the answer.
