Bo was talking to Victor in the park. Bo wasn't happy that Kayla was seeing Steve. Bo was afraid that Steve would end up hurting Kayla in the end...that her heart was too soft and Steve would be bad news for her. Victor listened to Bo's concern for his sister and had a messenger send the file to Kayla to warn her about Steve's past activities. He was doing it as a favor for Bo...but he didn't TELL Bo he was doing it because Bo wouldn't have approved. Hope that helps!

@Kaykay940 It was a case of Bo once again butting into Kayla's life when he shouldn't have. It irked me to no end that he and Roman always took it upon themselves to interfere when Kayla was perfectly capable of making her own decisions. I was so glad when Kayla finally told Bo off about his meddling and I wish she had done the same thing to Roman.
