One of the editors who doesn't work there anymore wrote that, which is probably why it was changed after the first volume. And it said to cosplay the right way, not "don't cosplay at all". And i don't think it was very bitchy, just annoying, because I've seen very half assed cosplays of Bizenghast and Marty seems to appreciate them anyway.
