  • Thanks for your effort buddy.

  • #1 stop smoking.

  • Apreciate your work doing this but , DO NOT USE SNUS becauze is somting fucked up in it like E500 i think (is some poison), i stay in Sweden and lot of people use that but is not good . Take a Box of Snus and look on the ingredients .. and se is a E 500 or somting like that , Google-it and find your self what it is (SWEDISH MATCH) is a company that do Snus . PS :im not sure is E500 but is somting whit E and a nummber .

  • @yonutztuning This is simply not true. Unlike some new tobacco or tobacco-based products, snus has more than a century of use in Sweden, with huge numbers using the product. It has been a SAFE history. Not one alarming health issue has been discovered. I don't give a flip what a Google search turns up. There are crazies everywhere! I care about the real-life history of users. And those users have not been nor or they being "poisoned."

  • @yonutztuning its a leaving agent, meaning that it is a food additive wich lightens and softens the product, nothing harmful

  • @yonutztuning E500 is sodium carbonate

  • This defeat the pupose ! You switch to e-cigs or e-pipes to NOT get the TAR and CHEMICALS !! To LIVE longer and NOT smell BAD !! You are now ingesting ALL the CHEMICALS of a traditional cigarette (4000) instead of the e-cig's average 4-5 , wich is just water, nicotine, glycerin, propalyne glycol.... I don't understand you people that are altering a new wonderful product that will save lives !! Your the reasons these products will become banned !!

  • @FLADIASFOCUS You are NOT inhaling the smoke when you puff a pipe. If you inhale, you have no idea what you're doing. So pipe smokers do NOT get smoke's chemicals into their lungs. They DO get the taste and aroma of burning tobacco, which is not duplicated by any e-liquid flavor I've ever tried. Snus has centuries of use without negative health consequences. Snuff has NEVER caused a single cancer. For me, e-cigs alone are not the answer. Wonderful devices, but not THE answer.

  • @TropBobB You gotta remember, There is a definite risk of mouth cancer with pipes/cigars, My uncle almost died 2 years ago from puffing on his pipe. He had cancer eating his mouth inside out like acid. But they cut it out in time. Snus is not carcinogen free either , A buddy of mine got pre cancerous Leukoplakia after using it for a short time. The stuff is not 100% safe, E cigs in my opinion are the the answer if you want to be worry free. No tobacco product is safe

  • @RN2400 Your last statement is true. But remember that all risks are relative. The cold fact is that cigarette smoking has a higher incidence of causing mouth cancer that pipe or cigar puffing. The only cancer risk I've seen elevated for these two is lip cancer, from the heat and pressure on the lip of those who keep one clamped there. Nothing is 100% safe, not even driving your car to work today. Weigh your benefits against your risks in all things. And stay smart.

  • @TropBobB True, I love Pipes and the taste of it, But I can't enjoy it as ill be worrying all the time. Then my buddy uses snus and got white lesions all in his mouth and says its leukoplakia, I was on snus for a month but stopped after that happened to him, I love tobacco and would LIKE to enjoy it (Especially snus) but i'm just a worrying nut haha, E cigs satisfy me and get the job done. But don't give me that great buzz I was getting from thunder frosted and all that. I might try it again tho

  • @RN2400 Always listen to your body. Pay attention to even small changes. White patches in the mouth mean STOP. I have never experienced those, however, when using snus or hard snuff. We are all very different and only you know your body. E-cigs do not satisfy me totally. Totally is the important word. I never want to live without my e-smoking, but the same is true for my snus. Of the two, snus has a far greater buzz potential.

  • Tropical Bob is like the Mr. Rogers of the tobacco world.

  • does this work with all electric cigarettes ????

  • @graffsucks No. Absolutely not. Most cart containers are too small for ANY snus now on the market. A plan I learned of to make special snus portions for e-cigs was dropped. Not a big enough market. And this will never work with the popular single units called cartomizers. You need three pieces -- the battery, a separate atomizer, and a cartridge from which you'll remove the core material and replace it with a soaked portion snus.

  • Never tried snus I hear it can cause pancreatic cancer more than other tobacco products; so I am staying way from it

  • @SmokingEssy7887 Snus has a long, virtually cancer-free history. There was a report last year that linked a higher incidence of pancreatic cancer among snus users. However ... the increase was miniscule and inconsequential. In other words .. dismissable. Snus is safer by multiples over smoking cigarettes. Do NOT believe scare tactics from those opposed to all tobacco use. They lie.

  • Hey Bob, Im trying to go around Tobacco all together and I want to have flavored herbs, no not those kind, these are legal, but tobacco has gotten to expensive and Im trying to find a proper flavoring brand that isn't a waste of money, I wanted to use a Orange, Grape, or Blueberry, if you have suggestions, that would be great! Thanks!

  • Damn i love beeing swedish :D Bob.. It is not banned everywhere else but in sweden. The reason why we have it becouse its made here :) Swedish match is the company that make the most of snus in sweden. it is banned from the other countries in EU but Its a 100% swedish product and they wouldn´t bann it from the country its made in :P I think its bad that its banned from parts of the world though... ppl smoke and thats 10x worse.

  • i understand what you are saying, but here in Norway (where i live) you can buy it in almost every store, including frendly local tobacco stores :)

  • Thanks for the tips

  • Nice video Bob :)

  • do you think there may be a way of using nasal (or oral!) snuff in an electronic cigarette? for instance rolling some snuff in a tea bag, soaking it in the Vegetable Glycerine and then inserting that into the penstyle standard DSE 801?

  • Rolling snuff or loose snus is not nearly as practical as using a mini portion snus of known quality. Even a mini snus will fit an 801; the new super-mini will fit a 901 or 510. Nothing else is this easy, this cheap, this practical.

  • I dont think that we can get snus here in the united kingdom

  • You do have a problem we don't have in the U.S. In one of the world's dumbest health moves, the EU banned snus everywhere but Sweden. Wiser heads are trying to undo the damage from this ban.

  • Thats not true! Snus is allowed in Norway and Danmark. i think its also allowed in som other contryes to, but im not shure which.

  • It remains banned in the EU, meaning it cannot be sold from your friendly local tobacco store. Some users do order from Sweden and receive the snus by post. I have friends in Britain who do this. But the fact remains that it is banned in EU nations, except Sweden.

  • @TropBobB i soaked some copenhagen in vg i didnt even leave it in that long and i filtered it and used the liquid in a cartomizer the flavor was good but there wasnt much nicotine im going to play with this more

  • @ElectricPurple2009 I've done many tobacco-soaking procedures and none created a decent level of nicotine. The flavor was there, but not the kick. The only way to get the nicotine is to vaporize a small, glycerine-soaked snus portion.
